Just a bit of feedback… in the first minute of the video you basically said "we all have scrap wood, here’s how it can go to use instead of waste" four different times in four different ways. I’m glad I kept watching because these are great projects but a lot of people click away when the video takes a while to get to the meat of it.

  15. trish gage on April 4, 2022 at 6:57 pm

May I just say that if aftershave burns your face off you shouldn’t be using it? Get yourself some shave lotion and a sharp razor. You won’t need the aftershave anymore if you’re moisturizing your skin during the process.

Back in the day, here in south africa as well as in any of the other british colonies.
There was a law that government building furniture had to be made from split wood, not cut. This made the furniture exceptionally strong and durable .

I have recently got hold of a whole lot of dark wood cupboard doors that i am going to have to sit and think out the box for because i just could not bring it over my heart to burn or to chuck this wood.

    Thanx

    TGC
    Blessings:)

Great video. I loved your comment about your aftershave: "It will burn your face off, but I love it." Heck, by the sounds of it, I can pick this stuff up and forego my coffee to wake me up in the morning.

  28. 10brandonruiz on April 4, 2022 at 7:09 pm

Probably a dumb question, but do you have the dimensions for the shelf (#5)? I’m trying to build it but I want to know the length to cut for both the 1/6 and the 1/4?

  29. Brent Duplessis on April 4, 2022 at 7:09 pm

I just finish my work bench. Yes of course it is to big for my shop and I will later cut it down into two benches.
But first I need to know what can I put on the plywood top to keep glue and other substances from sticking to the surface?
