I’ve learned a lot about these islands been to a few Maui, HI, St Thomas, St Croix, Nassau, Bahamas, Keys, Fla but Guam, Calif Southern beaches are next and one more time to Maui which I really enjoyed again.

Key West really isn’t the place to go for beaches. There are a couple of man made ones, but no sweeping beautiful beaches anywhere on the island.

  23. SoCalKel on April 3, 2022 at 7:02 pm

We don’t call it Santa Catalina Island, just say Catalina. That way you don’t sound like a complete tourist.

This video shocked me with Amelia Island. I used to live on Amelia island close to American beach. The Fudge shop is the ice cream shop. The Pipi Longstocking home is on the far north end of the island. Much to see there. 30 mins ride from the airport. 45 mins from downtown Jacksonville depending on traffic and how you exit the island.

  45. A H on April 3, 2022 at 7:29 pm

Virgin Islands is on my to go list. The flights to key west are ridiculous but I still want to go!

  48. Author Belinda Hunter on April 3, 2022 at 7:31 pm

Since covid began I started traveling around the United States because I was afraid to leave the country. When I tell you I have had the best experiences here in the states than I ever did in foreign countries. I went to Arizona, Aspen Colorado, Colorado Springs, Hilton Head Island SC and Chicago. Stayed at three all-inclusives Just booked St. Thomas for my birthday yesterday.

  49. saquanna perry on April 3, 2022 at 7:32 pm

Guam was beautiful and the people were the kindest! I got to stay there 10 weeks as a travel nurse and I become scuba certified.
