And not one mention of the average cost. Wonder why you have so little followers.

Great video and tips. I use Turkish towels (‘Knotty’ brand), they’re eco friendly but also lightweight and quick drying and can be worn as a sarong or scarf, displayed around the home or used as a picnic rug. I saw another YouTube video where a professional van builder uses magnets countersunk into the underside of the wood on the sofa chair and within the sofa cushions to keep them on in all their van builds. I noticed you had a cushion behind you, I stuff mine with my pyjamas instead of cushion filler and you can also put your jackets/coats etc. in them. You have toe kicks, turn them into drawers and they can be used for your shoes, wine bottles, cooking trays, chopping boards, lids, so many things. Not sure if you like the ideas or will use them. Thanks for listening.

80% shade cloth (90% too fine a gap) great for on the ground outside, doesn’t hold moisture, sand falls through and it cleans your feet. If you get bogged roll it up and drive off over it.

Great video👍👍. Just a thought that I found was really good for me when parking. I having one of those fold down cargo trailer baskets from Harbor freight. It gives me an additional 2 feet backup space when lifted in a congested street beach parking area. It works so good that I’m going to put a tow hitch inside my front bumper and do the same thing. Thus no parking issue for me ever. Something to ponder on amongst your tools bring along I absolutely love my Battery Milwaukee M18 saw saw. I primarily use the battery pack with an added accessory I bought to convert battery to a super large 5v USB portable battery. The saw in your life might be handy to cut firewood for the camp fires. Note one of the best fire pits I’ve come across is using a used washing machine barrel.
There are many accessories and tools for the M 18 Milwaukee line of tools.

I love these, they’re very practical. I definitely would not have thought of cutting up a coir mat for use on the step. I’m picking up my van next month (fingers crossed), and that will be one of the first modifications I’ll make.

How did you hang your framed pictures so that they don’t move while you’re driving?

I want to live in a van… With my wheelchairs, my 2 cats, and my crafting stuff (sewing machine and overlocker, leathercraft, art) all set up to live in there and use everything (and I know that for me a bathroom will be absolutely essential, I can’t walk properly)… I have no idea how I’m going to do it yet, but I’m watching a lot of videos and trying to get ideas… And I haven’t found a lot of Australian channels, either… So I’ve subscribed because you’re in Australia and so am I. I want to learn things from you 🙂
Next time you do a video like this, could you please try to include all the information on each item, such as price and where to get one.
I like your swivel head dust pan, but I also like the long handled ones so I don’t hurt my back bending down.
I have an idea for my sink, I want to build a dish rack above it so it drains into the sink, and also has a door over the dish rack, so that’s where the dishes belong all the time. So you just wash them and put them away to dry in there. That’s what I’m going to do with mine.
