    Thank you

  2. Yiena Salin on March 25, 2022 at 6:13 pm

It is cheaper to motel it than have an RV when you consider how much you use it vs insurance, tags, camping fees, gas and stress

  3. Jeffrey Wood on March 25, 2022 at 6:14 pm

Don’t forget about the fuel cost!!

  4. Kevin Raymond on March 25, 2022 at 6:15 pm

Plus, most people getting Government handouts have to go back to work.

  5. K to th' G on March 25, 2022 at 6:16 pm

what does maintenance have to do with "2022"?

  6. Winston Rocco on March 25, 2022 at 6:17 pm

Fuel cost will be number 1

  7. 3rail mike on March 25, 2022 at 6:18 pm

It’s a lifestyle and a fad and not cost effective. A good tow vehicle and RV trailer or a class A can run you a $100k. You can travel all over North America and Europe for 5 years in a Cadillac Escalade staying at 5 star hotels and airbnb’s for a lot less and less stress.

  8. Joel Mogensen on March 25, 2022 at 6:18 pm

People should know RVs aren’t covered under lemon laws, storage isn’t cheap, some get 4 miles per gallon, and they depreciate faster than cars.

  9. Blake Koehler on March 25, 2022 at 6:19 pm

Maintenance??? Show me something you own or are Married to that doesn’t require maintenance. Get a job your you tube thumbs down

  10. Br M on March 25, 2022 at 6:19 pm

Nothing new. You must be new to this. I have been Rving over 30yrs and you could never book on a Thursday for a weekend, unless it was a dump! Almost laughable that people think it used to be like that!

  11. Rick Taylor on March 25, 2022 at 6:21 pm

I think it’s gonna be a flip of the coin, fuel prices are very high right now! March 2022. Inflation and bla bla bla. This may hit the pockets of some whom want to cover some long miles. Repairs and maintenance. Believe it or not most all of us are very capable of doing a lot of our preventive maintenance, basic hand tools etc, stuff you should be carrying with you anyway. True not everyone can, medical situations, etc. had semi trucks for 40 years, I know. I like doing preventative maintenance on my class c motor home and I have piece of mind I won’t have a problem if I take care of it routinely, plus inspect it often.

I think people will get fed up of the MFG’s build qualtiy and long wait for dealers to fix things. I learned to fix things on my own, but cant get parts from GD for our 2022 Momentum TH, they keep building new ones but will not supply my dealer with the parts, so we are done with this industry, It is sad though we loved camping and I have learned to do all the maintenance and repairs myself but MFG’s not getting parts out is a bigger issue I see cropping up, also the way they rush through builds just to sell units, I would rather wait longer or pay a little more for quality, but that is not what they are doing now, very sad.

  13. steve thompson on March 25, 2022 at 6:22 pm

I started tent camping, places like the beach and some parks here in Texas allow you to pitch a tent and I have all the things I need ,small gen..butane stove and accessories..spring and fall when the temps are doable,no summertime or winter…it’s fun

  14. Josefina Escribano on March 25, 2022 at 6:23 pm

    You are so right;

  15. Jay boogie on March 25, 2022 at 6:25 pm

Full time RV here never gonna Quit

  16. Jimjr69 on March 25, 2022 at 6:25 pm

I think rv’ing will quadruple in 2022-2023, as people are going to being evicted in MASSES due to the dollar collapsing this year! Welcome to your new "Mobile Home"!!!

  17. Pine Beats on March 25, 2022 at 6:26 pm

i haven’t watched the video but i’m guessing it’s because of Bigfoot

  18. lloyd baker on March 25, 2022 at 6:26 pm

Sounds like I’ll be purchasing used in 2022

  19. Michael Pettett on March 25, 2022 at 6:27 pm

    Stealth campers are the best.
    Cheers mike

  20. James Miller on March 25, 2022 at 6:27 pm

Fuel cost will will be a great impact on a lot of the part time campers.

  21. Colin Bateman on March 25, 2022 at 6:27 pm

I think our world is headed to a extreme economic down turn as bad as the Great Depression we are seeing large groups retiring but we will see family values become stronger

  22. William Martin on March 25, 2022 at 6:29 pm

You can’t tell by us. We’re still trying to find a site here in S.C. no sites up to Nov. 2022 as far as 80 mile radius in two days now. There are more rvs than ever just call any rv park here in s.c. and see for your self

  23. John Graham on March 25, 2022 at 6:33 pm

I agree somewhat. I think beyond that is the price of fuel as we know the price is skyrocketing. I am very handy as far as maintenance of a rig. My fear is the cost of fuel, food which with everything rising in cost, The RVer is the end user and as we all know the consumer suffers the rise in costs. I know for myself it is a real concern. I will be traveling on a fixed income. Hopefully it will stabilze soon as far as prices go.

  24. Mike Johnson on March 25, 2022 at 6:33 pm

Florda perspective. With skyrocketing home prices, many sellers are opting for long term, temporary RVing to wait out the housing bubble, if there is one. New buyers are being priced out. I see a lot more full timers in parks recently. Demand is resulting in more new parks, at least in Florida. For this reason, I think 2022 will see an increase in RVing. This may change when houses become more affordable and RVs more expensive.

  25. David Lindgren on March 25, 2022 at 6:36 pm

Biggest reason, tired of all the work that goes into camping and the fact that you now can get on an airplane, go stay in a hotel and sit on the beach for vacation. 18 months for now used campers will be on a fire sale.

  26. miapapa1955 on March 25, 2022 at 6:37 pm

    GAS,………………………………………………..

  27. Dan White on March 25, 2022 at 6:37 pm

Agree. Gas costs will cause campers to reconsider camping unless the trip is close by their home. That’s what we are doing now.

  28. Zachary Foster on March 25, 2022 at 6:37 pm

Luckily I get the whim camping but it’s because I often have week days off and bought smaller size. I truly think gas cost will be 2022s biggest change

  29. Kevin Raymond on March 25, 2022 at 6:37 pm

Good , maybe I will get a good price on a Geo Pro

  30. Kent Nauman on March 25, 2022 at 6:39 pm

    8$ gass 10$ diesel

  31. Voter fraud is reals on March 25, 2022 at 6:43 pm

There’s one big reason it’s called the idiot Joe Biden gas prices will be $37 a gallon shortly

  32. Self Made Money on March 25, 2022 at 6:44 pm

100% more people will go out in RV. Maintenance is nothing for the wealthy and getting a spot to stay is easy. Just park at Walmart lol I have been doing fulltime for over a year in a Station Wagon. If I had RV, I would never leave! Finding a spot is easier the further you wiling to travel. Many many places. Even on side of road or reststop. You got a nice RV and great company it don’t matter where you park. Also I’m Winter Camping and I have had the whole Campsite to myself for Weeks.

  33. peetie25 on March 25, 2022 at 6:45 pm

Good . the more people saying they wanna quit the better. I hate crowded camp grounds anyway. I like a lot of space from my site. Good news

  34. Mike Morrison on March 25, 2022 at 6:46 pm

Best thing we ever did was get rid of ours

  35. AAA Beverages on March 25, 2022 at 6:48 pm

    More RVS …
    Motorcoach 6 tires 4000 to 6000 dollars

  36. NY Grl on March 25, 2022 at 6:49 pm

What about gas prices? It’s almost $4 a gallon in NY. Filling a 55 gallon tank which gets me 450 miles +/- is making me consider selling mine.

  37. Deborah Garrison on March 25, 2022 at 6:50 pm

Fuel costs, more vacation options, realizing RV’ing can be work.

  38. john padgett on March 25, 2022 at 6:51 pm

Ive been rv’ing for the past 2 yrs. And have never had problems with r.v. parks being full. Not sure where you get your information, but it’s incorrect in most states

  39. Loanword Eggcorn on March 25, 2022 at 6:52 pm

Gas is 6 dollars a gallon in March 2022.

  40. Michael Venezia on March 25, 2022 at 6:52 pm

    Fuel prices

  41. Joel Mogensen on March 25, 2022 at 6:58 pm

RVing is not camping. Camping is pitching a tent, building a CAMPfire, and using the woods instead of a toilet.

  42. Ian Vanderberg on March 25, 2022 at 6:58 pm

Totally agree with you, but I would add two more reasons people will quit RVing. First one is the cost of gas, campsites fees and ownership costs as well as added costs associated with the poor build quality of many RVs today! Second reason I would add is the lousy built quality of many RVs now a days many turn many off RVing altogether..

  43. Charlie Ollinger on March 25, 2022 at 6:58 pm

I reckon there’s a lot of people that couldn’t do their usual vacations, involving air travel or cruises, because of covid lockdowns, so they bought an RV instead. I think most of them will sell those rigs as things open up again.

  44. ralph Z on March 25, 2022 at 6:59 pm

I add one more, fuel prices going sky high.

  45. Richard Piwoni on March 25, 2022 at 7:05 pm

I think the price of gas/fuel will put a big crimp in a lot of RVers budgets!!!!!!!!!!

  46. Bigger Dogg Transports on March 25, 2022 at 7:06 pm

    Diesel is to expensive now

  47. STANDINGSTONEZ Sean Roberts on March 25, 2022 at 7:06 pm

For motor homes and large RVs it will be cost of fuel. We have a pull popup, a tent and a 26 1975 GMC for us there is always away to camp

  48. Randy Mullinix on March 25, 2022 at 7:06 pm

We are Quitting after 35 years camping because you cannot get a site around where we live . I was told people are living in campers now .

  49. G. Adams on March 25, 2022 at 7:09 pm

When I begin traveling in October, 2022, I’ll be concerned about finding a spot too. So I’ll be going the "stealth" route, using my F250 with a camper enclosure instead of using a pull behind RV.

  50. Sal Indelicato on March 25, 2022 at 7:11 pm

I’ll tell you why people will quit rving in 22 besides the fact that it’s almost impossible to get a campsite the price of fuel can’t afford to go anywhere You’d better off selling your RV and putting a Built-in swimming pool in your backyard and do a staycation
