humans need job:: mna they can build these robots, repairing them, carry them :)šúú all you rally need.. is 21 century.. not a stone age.. i feel another renesaince..
700,000? When I saw it cost about $13,000 to do? I thought one of the selling points was that it was going to be cheaper to live in?
For 700k I rather buy a normal house with 5 bathrooms and a bunch of quality materials such as facade stones that absorb sunlight heat, a chimney and better foundations to customize the house in the inside. “Affordable” btw.
$700k … I’d like to know who can afford a mortgage payment on $700k? So much for being “cost effective”. That’s not cost affective, that’s corporations squeezing every last penny out of the middle class. Concrete is cheap. Someone’s making a killing… and it’s not the buyer.
$700k house in Texas.
Dude is like this is a good value😅
700 hundred thousand, in India a week back a company built a 700 sqft home for 8000 dollars, I understand it’s only 700 sqft . But this guy was talking about afordable homes.. so
It’s expensive and not that pretty 🤔
Maybe lumber prices will come down but I doubt it. I like this idea. It’s more sustainable than traditional builds.
Stop stealing my ideas!!!
Lol 700k…nah, if i am paying that imma make sure there are people building and working for that 700k
These houses are ugly af
I think this technology may become the mainstream in the future. With less manpower, only design drawings, a 3D printing machine and operators can complete the construction of a house. And it looks very safe. If the strength and safety factor of materials are high, I think it is a technology destined to be popular.
$700k is outrageous. Better have atleast 100 acres with it. Must be comunistfonia
I’m a welder and to me that looks like fun running that 3D squirter
When I heard “they can withstand natural disasters” it’s interesting in fact it should be interesting to states that have natural disasters to consider a new way of manufacturing homes. Cement (a primary material, since ancient times) may be the first material for 3-d homes, but that could change with time. Anyhow I hope people really consider these innovations for their next homes.
I have a lot in Costa Rica, you can practice build on my lot. 👍🏼😬
AWESOME!!!!
Thank you for getting us out of work
There is change in Jason Ballard’s homes for the poor and affordable homes .this video is offering 700.00 $ ,this is not affordable.
Cost is still crazy high.
I am on disability and am on section 8 and I figure that I would never own a house. I would really love to have this kind of home to live in. Do you have any built in Phoenix Arizona yet
Although, as all comprehend machines, wear out and break down, parts and systems. But I am all for this, upon greater understanding, long term stability, various climate areas, frigid northern winters, extreme desert heat including endless beating sun, severe humidity of the south…whar if greedy builders, as they always show up, start using inferior product. Is this cement, I experienced horrifying building and high deadly bridge collapse…due to inferior materials.
Yea 700,000$ isnt affordable for not just anyone I’d rather live in a Tesla
Put me on a crane I could be a 3D printer. Quite heartbreaking seeing a sticks and tin house go for 700k even if their are 7 bdms
Another way to rip people off. Great concept only for rich people.
We’ve made a video to list the top 5 companies building 3d printed houses in 2022. you can watch it in our channel.
$700,000 is absolutely not for middle class Americans let alone the poor…..what a croc….just like e-books costing as much as a real book….built twice as fast, for half the cost……people need to wake up, the housing crisis is caused by those BUILDING the insanely over priced crap. We have buildings sitting EMPTY, boarded up……take those properties away from those who leave them vacant
Low cost for construction company but doesn’t mean low price for the prospective buyers. It’s just mean more profit for construction company.
That’s really cool! The price tag is not affordable for 70% of people however in years to come they will find a way to cut that price down
$700.000~ high tech house~
Lost me at $700k lol.
4000 in raw materials, 700k sale. 696k profit.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 700k is not a good value . I can build a 2500 sqft home for under 100k .
This generation is so clueless
Looks great and cheaper but something tells me the company will flip it for profit. In the name of profit.
700K ?/ that is rip off, pure and simle, cost is wayyyy less.
1week to make a house thas alot of time i work in building houses before and it will take us only 4days straight tf this ppl talking about ?????
What America needs is affordable housing. not housing that’s built to suit sellers. Also, be prepared because there will be more homelessness due to less work. You’re starting to see them in more and more cities now.
700,000 in Texas for a 4 bedroom is a very high price
its not shortages of houses available thats causing the problem, its the total BS requirements to get a home in the first place. such as credit checks. and outrageous prices.
$700,000 for some shi I can put together cheaper.
A joke he said $700,000.00 dollars
5,000 in 3rd world country 700,000 America
The couple at the end were given a price of around $700k….for what? I thought they were looking for affordable? If $700k is affordable…..nevermind….I forget we’re living in Biden’s effed America
They’ll still inflate price like they do all things in America 🙄
We need affordable housing and also senior housing.
It doesn’t make anything cheaper easier but it doesn’t get cheaper at Walmart there are no more cashiers you serving bag your own groceries but the food keeps going higher and higher they don’t have to pay anybody to do the work but the cost is higher
I worked on track homes being built and they had framed from nothing to full house in a day
I agree with prior comment. Do you really have to ask $700k? Come on!!! There are 1000s of people in Austin who need homes for less than 100k and maybe less than 75k. We have the technology – why does profit always come before peoples’ needs?
And we need to quit destroying every tree on the planet. This is something that needs to be said in your video. This new construction method will save so many trees
That’s going to start going to make people lazy
