700,000? When I saw it cost about $13,000 to do? I thought one of the selling points was that it was going to be cheaper to live in?

  3. NFmangatoo on June 15, 2022 at 11:32 pm

For 700k I rather buy a normal house with 5 bathrooms and a bunch of quality materials such as facade stones that absorb sunlight heat, a chimney and better foundations to customize the house in the inside. “Affordable” btw.

  4. Jane A on June 15, 2022 at 11:33 pm

$700k … I’d like to know who can afford a mortgage payment on $700k? So much for being “cost effective”. That’s not cost affective, that’s corporations squeezing every last penny out of the middle class. Concrete is cheap. Someone’s making a killing… and it’s not the buyer.

  5. No Way on June 15, 2022 at 11:38 pm

    $700k house in Texas.
Dude is like this is a good value😅

  6. Harideep Shetty on June 15, 2022 at 11:39 pm

  7. Nathan Rodriguez on June 15, 2022 at 11:39 pm

It’s expensive and not that pretty 🤔

  8. Jane A on June 15, 2022 at 11:40 pm

Maybe lumber prices will come down but I doubt it. I like this idea. It’s more sustainable than traditional builds.

  9. Krackelbones on June 15, 2022 at 11:41 pm

    Stop stealing my ideas!!!

  10. xXBlackGeishaXx on June 15, 2022 at 11:42 pm

    These houses are ugly af

  12. BOREN HU on June 15, 2022 at 11:43 pm

I think this technology may become the mainstream in the future. With less manpower, only design drawings, a 3D printing machine and operators can complete the construction of a house. And it looks very safe. If the strength and safety factor of materials are high, I think it is a technology destined to be popular.

$700k is outrageous. Better have atleast 100 acres with it. Must be comunistfonia

  14. Alex Viscardi on June 15, 2022 at 11:45 pm

I’m a welder and to me that looks like fun running that 3D squirter

  15. Chronon on June 15, 2022 at 11:46 pm

When I heard “they can withstand natural disasters” it’s interesting in fact it should be interesting to states that have natural disasters to consider a new way of manufacturing homes. Cement (a primary material, since ancient times) may be the first material for 3-d homes, but that could change with time. Anyhow I hope people really consider these innovations for their next homes.

  20. WhimpyPatrol on June 15, 2022 at 11:50 pm

  21. Marilyn Hicks on June 15, 2022 at 11:50 pm

I am on disability and am on section 8 and I figure that I would never own a house. I would really love to have this kind of home to live in. Do you have any built in Phoenix Arizona yet

  22. Shannon B on June 15, 2022 at 11:52 pm

Although, as all comprehend machines, wear out and break down, parts and systems. But I am all for this, upon greater understanding, long term stability, various climate areas, frigid northern winters, extreme desert heat including endless beating sun, severe humidity of the south…whar if greedy builders, as they always show up, start using inferior product. Is this cement, I experienced horrifying building and high deadly bridge collapse…due to inferior materials.

  23. rene S Munoz on June 15, 2022 at 11:56 pm

Yea 700,000$ isnt affordable for not just anyone I’d rather live in a Tesla

  24. Lyrix Vukasin on June 15, 2022 at 11:56 pm

Put me on a crane I could be a 3D printer. Quite heartbreaking seeing a sticks and tin house go for 700k even if their are 7 bdms

  25. Mary Hanger on June 15, 2022 at 11:56 pm

Another way to rip people off. Great concept only for rich people.

  27. narlocb on June 16, 2022 at 12:00 am

$700,000 is absolutely not for middle class Americans let alone the poor…..what a croc….just like e-books costing as much as a real book….built twice as fast, for half the cost……people need to wake up, the housing crisis is caused by those BUILDING the insanely over priced crap. We have buildings sitting EMPTY, boarded up……take those properties away from those who leave them vacant

  28. ThatsAwesome on June 16, 2022 at 12:02 am

Low cost for construction company but doesn’t mean low price for the prospective buyers. It’s just mean more profit for construction company.

  29. Vince Styles on June 16, 2022 at 12:04 am

That’s really cool! The price tag is not affordable for 70% of people however in years to come they will find a way to cut that price down

  30. Ken zhao on June 16, 2022 at 12:04 am

  33. Texas Flash cove Installer on June 16, 2022 at 12:09 am

    🤣🤣🤣🤣 700k is not a good value . I can build a 2500 sqft home for under 100k .
    This generation is so clueless

  34. Uriel Septim on June 16, 2022 at 12:09 am

Looks great and cheaper but something tells me the company will flip it for profit. In the name of profit.

  35. A. JAY on June 16, 2022 at 12:10 am

700K ?/ that is rip off, pure and simle, cost is wayyyy less.

  37. Earth Citizen on June 16, 2022 at 12:12 am

What America needs is affordable housing. not housing that’s built to suit sellers. Also, be prepared because there will be more homelessness due to less work. You’re starting to see them in more and more cities now.

  38. Yep on June 16, 2022 at 12:12 am

700,000 in Texas for a 4 bedroom is a very high price

  39. j r on June 16, 2022 at 12:14 am

its not shortages of houses available thats causing the problem, its the total BS requirements to get a home in the first place. such as credit checks. and outrageous prices.

  40. Everything Videos on June 16, 2022 at 12:17 am

$700,000 for some shi I can put together cheaper.

  41. Mr.C on June 16, 2022 at 12:17 am

  43. IMELDA HIGGINS- WIFFLE on June 16, 2022 at 12:22 am

The couple at the end were given a price of around $700k….for what? I thought they were looking for affordable? If $700k is affordable…..nevermind….I forget we’re living in Biden’s effed America

  44. Andres Varela on June 16, 2022 at 12:22 am

They’ll still inflate price like they do all things in America 🙄

  45. alexandrasophia24 on June 16, 2022 at 12:23 am

We need affordable housing and also senior housing.

  46. Pebbles Iglesias on June 16, 2022 at 12:26 am

It doesn’t make anything cheaper easier but it doesn’t get cheaper at Walmart there are no more cashiers you serving bag your own groceries but the food keeps going higher and higher they don’t have to pay anybody to do the work but the cost is higher

  47. Freshjeffa on June 16, 2022 at 12:26 am

I worked on track homes being built and they had framed from nothing to full house in a day

  48. Mae Newcombe on June 16, 2022 at 12:26 am

I agree with prior comment. Do you really have to ask $700k? Come on!!! There are 1000s of people in Austin who need homes for less than 100k and maybe less than 75k. We have the technology – why does profit always come before peoples’ needs?

  49. Joseph Gaydosh on June 16, 2022 at 12:27 am

And we need to quit destroying every tree on the planet. This is something that needs to be said in your video. This new construction method will save so many trees

  50. t.n on June 16, 2022 at 12:27 am

That’s going to start going to make people lazy
