The interior is great but when i see the outside blocks….ouch, pretty like the benefit house for low income family in our area. NYC crazy city.

That Herman Eames chair in the living room 😍

  6. Terry Bear on December 19, 2022 at 1:36 am

Just my opinion, I am surprised she works for a home decor mag.

  7. RLS1976 on December 19, 2022 at 1:39 am

I like the idea of having fabric over the back of a bed and then switching out

  8. Ric Owens on December 19, 2022 at 1:40 am

    Cute house

  9. Yolanda R on December 19, 2022 at 1:40 am

Very nice especially because the price of that co/op is probably close to or over a million dollars. Very exclusive in the middle of Jackson Hts. Queens

  10. Jamie Chan on December 19, 2022 at 1:40 am

My grandmother and aunt lived in these buildings across the street from one another. I spent much of my childhood in these co-ops and it’s beautiful to see how she’s brought a contemporary design to them. Thank you for sharing!!

Another house tour that doesn’t actually tour the house

  13. Maroucia on December 19, 2022 at 1:44 am

    I love it!

  14. DAB NAILZ on December 19, 2022 at 1:47 am

seems like the projects and they gentrified them in to "co-ops".

  15. Trish Johnson on December 19, 2022 at 1:48 am

I love that she said that it was so big because it is 1200 square feet. So many people thing that’s a small space and I think it’s a perfect size.

  16. sutats on December 19, 2022 at 1:50 am

Such a lovely and meaningful home.

  17. Madd Scientist on December 19, 2022 at 1:51 am

    1200 sq. ft…..nice size

  18. Thomas63r2 on December 19, 2022 at 1:53 am

The wonderful interior private for residents garden truly make this into a residence that you would be reluctant to ever move.

  19. Laura Roberts on December 19, 2022 at 1:56 am

  23. Erin Brown on December 19, 2022 at 2:11 am

I wish these videos were longer. They are so short and I’d love to see more of all the homes 🏡 😀

  24. Donnie Moder on December 19, 2022 at 2:11 am

So well spoken. It really reminded me of a nice well ordered suburban home.

  25. Khadijeh A on December 19, 2022 at 2:12 am

    only bathroom

  26. Morealzz on December 19, 2022 at 2:12 am

Too many ideas in this space. A mishmash of items forced to work in a space. You can be an editor, but that doesn’t translate into great style 😬

  27. Bi N on December 19, 2022 at 2:14 am

lovely.. all the subtle colours flowing together make each room all the more personal/ specific. the courtyard must be such a beaut to get to enjoy.. and the airiness that flows through the apartment.. i wonder how it is at night? Lovely showcase.

  28. Elias Elias on December 19, 2022 at 2:14 am

    This chanelllllll ❤️🔥🔥😭😭

  29. KNN on December 19, 2022 at 2:15 am

This was an apartment tour tease. Why couldn’t it be longer so we could actually see the entire apartment!

  30. Helene D on December 19, 2022 at 2:15 am

So nice. The courtyard is to live for. I think one could endure much in an apartment to have a courtyard like that. Very good thinking.

  31. Jo Ann Tukes on December 19, 2022 at 2:16 am

I saw a crib, where’s baby? She had a spare bedroom in the back she said but the boy was running in the yard, where’s his room? Gonna try the material over the headboard! Anyway, liked the place, calming colors. The lovely colored couch was the BOMB

  32. Nola Parker on December 19, 2022 at 2:16 am

I would start to focus on things and then it went straight back to her. Very odd.

  33. Sally-ann Parker on December 19, 2022 at 2:16 am

The tree looks like a dracaena, not a palm. I’ve got some in my garden.

  34. sophia quinonez on December 19, 2022 at 2:17 am

where in the world can I find that AOC candela? Gorgeous ❤

  35. Sandra Malone on December 19, 2022 at 2:17 am

    Freaking gorgeous.

  36. First name Last name on December 19, 2022 at 2:18 am

0:55 Why do you need to cover 80% of floor with rugs as Coop building?

  37. Soch on December 19, 2022 at 2:18 am

I wish these people with houses 1200sqft or more also share how they keep it clean. Specifically I want to know how do they sweep, mop everyday and dusting is another thing

  38. ContainedFire on December 19, 2022 at 2:20 am

Looks too cluttered with knickknacks and there’s not much actual design. I’ve seen much better by people who are not even design professionals.

  39. Janina Fisher on December 19, 2022 at 2:21 am

Two curtains in the bath! Yes! I love how it frames it so beautifully – especially with the pom poms! 😊

  40. mary Geibel on December 19, 2022 at 2:22 am

love it and your style… comes from your experience! where did you get your shower ‘curtains?’

  41. Alex Smith on December 19, 2022 at 2:23 am

    Lovely

  42. Déia MR on December 19, 2022 at 2:25 am

    Idiota

  43. elaine morandidasilvasoares on December 19, 2022 at 2:26 am

    I loved !

  44. Ra Clarke on December 19, 2022 at 2:26 am

Too cluttered and colours are not my taste, but the worst thing was her ugly T-shirt

  45. pragyan rout on December 19, 2022 at 2:26 am

    That AOC candle tho

  46. Margaret Hines on December 19, 2022 at 2:26 am

Curtains in the bathroom! Makes the space look smaller and doesn’t seem practical with water…

  47. Pathfinders Travel Magazine on December 19, 2022 at 2:27 am

What kind of fabric on the sofa?

  48. Natasha Raisor on December 19, 2022 at 2:28 am

    Where was the apartment tour?

  49. S on December 19, 2022 at 2:31 am
