I love your mother’s apartment! It’s so cute and decorated beautifully. My mom looked at one with almost the identical floorplan but it didn’t have a bay in the dinette or the breakfast counter. They make such a nice difference.

Good job I could use your advice on but where cooling is our granddaughters space / room it was an office off our master bedroom. I don’t want a baby bed she’s 2 going on 3 this summer.
