I spent a night in the back of a car one night down there. I concur with your opinions of it.

I love your BUCKET LIST adventures. I saw the sign about the $5,000 fine… like you said…You are U.S. Citizens but are residents of Mexico. If CBP were to come around what would you say?…just curious. I was thinking if you put Hillary on your shoulders and wave and stick your tongues at the bear I believe you will scare him off more effectively…lol. Stay safe out there.

  9. Arnaldo Queiros on December 12, 2022 at 1:26 am

I was waiting for one of you to be eaten by a mountain lion in the end but both of you made it. Hooray!

  10. Teresa Summerville on December 12, 2022 at 1:26 am

It’s great that you are pursuing your bucket list but I don’t think I can keep on watching!
It’s unsettling to watch you endangering yourselves like this, extreme weather is lethal.
That food is not good for you either. You’re not 18! 😂
Stay safe, plan: The desert in the fall and winter, Canada and Switzerland in the summer.

Are you going "next door" a few miles to the Big Bend National Park? It is huge. It’s over 800,000 acres. It took me an hour to drive from my campsite on one side to the other side. There’s a beautiful mountain road and resort in the middle. I did tent camping there. Trash cans were bear proof. You are showing me some of what I missed. I wasn’t able to visit the state park as you are as I had a flat tire emergency at the time.

Si los veo en el monte.. inches gringos locos. Lol. 🤪😂😉

  13. Pamela Nurse on December 12, 2022 at 1:35 am

That heat is scary dangerous. I would use an umbrella for some shade. Lowers the temp about 10 degrees.

  14. Marisol Ulbrich on December 12, 2022 at 1:35 am

This is a trip to do in the winter and early spring. I did it in March and it was great! We also camped but used tent.

Rio Grande is the original name and is also the name we mexicans know it too…Rio Bravo is a new version of mexicans on the mexican side.

As to size you’re just talking about the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County is 4,700 square miles and population of over 10 million people.

Big cats like Mountain Lions, Tigers, etc most the time wait for what they are after to stop making eye contact and turn to run, that’s when the big cats go for it. So as hard as it is best to keep making eye contact with the cat and good chance it will back off.

You guys should add the date to when you crossed each idem off the list! it would be cool to have when you look back on it later, maybe even a pic of both of you in the location

  23. GARY MOFFITT on December 12, 2022 at 1:44 am

I’ve seen two mountain lions ( cougars ) in the wild as they crossed the highway. Thank goodness I was in a car. I live in a town on the coast of Washington State State and we have a cougar with two cubs that are probably almost grown by now, and a mama bear with three cubs that are also about half grown. I keep my eye out when I take my dog for a walk. Also, we have bald eagles that prey on dogs and cats. I saw one grab a seagull and tear it to shreds.

Mmmm yesss that good good 💉

  30. Familia C.O.T.A on December 12, 2022 at 1:58 am

Okay so at first I was like:
😳 camping in over 100 degree weather = nope!
    Then…
🤣 demonstration of mountain lion survival = heck yea!
    Then…
🤢 seeing the can of food open = DEFINITELY NOT!
    And lastly…
😮‍💨 you survived the night! 👏👏👏
Geesh, so many emotions in one video and I’m sure that the reality was WAY more adventurous/crazy. In the end though, that’s what bucket list should be, ADVENTUROUS! You live and learn to vlog another day. ♥️ Congrats on crossing another one off the list!

  31. Lizzy Fitz on December 12, 2022 at 1:59 am

  34. Elizabeth Zepeda on December 12, 2022 at 2:00 am

Dude! I grew up in Arizona, and you guys are crazy for camping in that heat! No way would I do that! But kudos!

I love you guys, but wtf? Everyone knows: 1) you don’t go to Big Bend in the summer and 2) you definitely don’t stay in your car. Ha. Carry on. Kennon on.

  44. Sulay Tapia on December 12, 2022 at 2:11 am

Umm, don’t know how I feel about this trip 😳. I’m Mexican American and I usually am excited to see you guys but not this trip. Too many stories on that border.

  45. R. Moreno-Realtor on December 12, 2022 at 2:12 am

Watch out for "la migra", but I guess being gringos you don’t need to worry about that 😷

  46. Pandora Sullivan on December 12, 2022 at 2:12 am

Texas just declared an invasion status by illegal infiltration. Be careful guys, you don’t want to encounter coyotes… of any kind!!

  47. Tom Popowich on December 12, 2022 at 2:12 am

Cool video guys, so glad you are back at least close to Mexico. Just between you’s two’s and me Mexico is the most amazing place to be in so many ways.

From experience I can tell you the worst nights of your camping experience will be the most cherished and repeated to your children and grandchildren. The easy nights will pale in comparison.
