What paint color is the blue above your mantle and the blue gray in the other room?

Maybe we should form a vase club?

  3. Lanfeartyve on January 10, 2023 at 3:24 am

If you are looking for a gorgeous clear vase, I would highly recommend the Elevated vase from Muuto. I have the green one and it is stunning!

Where do you get your branches from? (Eucalyptus for instance). Your home is beautiful.

  7. Koko Ro on January 10, 2023 at 3:25 am

Man i LOVE all the flat black walls with molding. I feel like i cant do something like this since my house is small, without huge windows.

  8. Sara Holmes on January 10, 2023 at 3:26 am

So thank you from Australia ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ

Lately Iโ€™ve been seeing very similar designer ideas and suggestions of decor, to me all this looks so beautiful and perfect and thus, an extension of a busy life, to be this is part of an entire culture that make us in such a hard task of having everything perfect, all this โ€œperfectionโ€ feeds the marketing
of trendy decor, everything seems to take so much effort and life here in the US is challenging itself. I truly identify myself with the effortless way of interior design of European, more appreciation for the antique, unique and simple things of life. I love watching Parisian vibe decor, almost like the street style of home design, they treat their house decor the way they approach beauty with such an effortless vibe. Although, I love watching this videos, they are very exquisite but totally beyond my identity, they feel imposible to me.

  16. T. W. Parker on January 10, 2023 at 3:32 am

I love the vases. Do they sweat because they have water in them? Should I be careful what I place them on top of?

  17. Diane Doskoch on January 10, 2023 at 3:33 am

Walmart has a great white vase they sell year round. It is tall and textured. I know you’d love it! It is very inexpensive.

  18. Christine Clements on January 10, 2023 at 3:33 am

I look forward to every video you publish and this one is as excellent as the rest. Question: can you share where you got the beautiful white urn (with leaves) that’s on your dining table? Stunning! Thank you for continuing to give us your design perspective. Refreshing!

Hi Valentina! Love your content. I like it when designers place context into their design concepts. I purchased the โ€œorigamiโ€ vase from Amazon. I was a little disappointed with itโ€™s scale. Then, I realized you were a tiny tiny woman. Itโ€™s ok, still like it and currently in the living room having a cocktail table moment.

  22. Irene Sutherland on January 10, 2023 at 3:37 am

Do you put water in with your branches

  23. linda5340 on January 10, 2023 at 3:40 am

I totally agree with Vanessa, Iโ€™m so happy to finally find a designer with the same style as myself

  25. Missmyabc Missgm on January 10, 2023 at 3:41 am

Valentina, where did you get those black shelves in the kitchen?

  26. Louise Stevens on January 10, 2023 at 3:42 am

Try using a little peroxide in your water for flowers ( water and peroxide equals oxygen and flowers LOVE IT.) IF YOU WATER HOUSE PLANTS THEY WILL NOT GET THAT WHITE MINERAL BUILT UP AND YOU CAN ALMOST WATCH THEM GROW.

  27. Veronique Peters on January 10, 2023 at 3:44 am

Great style!. I love trees and branches. Would you have any recommendation for online shops to get artificial branches of good quality?

  28. Hzleyes708 on January 10, 2023 at 3:45 am

  33. Emily Maldonado on January 10, 2023 at 3:50 am

I love all of your videos!! Subscribed and watch every single one!!! So when you were showing the first vase I paused and went to Amazon to check out the coffee table book you have, little black jacket, itโ€™s $1,000. Do you have some good suggestions for large affordable books? Also, what is the measurement of a โ€œlargeโ€ book in your opinion? Thank you

  34. Linda on January 10, 2023 at 3:51 am

Don’t like the chair in front of the dresser. Not practical and just doesn’t look right.

  35. Penny Schild on January 10, 2023 at 3:55 am

Watching your channel I longed for a monstera plant. Finally I found one. Itโ€™s doing great. Loves her showers. Wondering how many years before she is as big as yours.love your videos.

  36. Agnes Jacquet on January 10, 2023 at 3:55 am

Valentina, pls make a video on trees. Many influencer recommend faux trees – I have yet to embrace this.

  37. Leigh K on January 10, 2023 at 3:57 am

Do you have a video for decorating around big TV above mantel?

  38. Julia Westerhoff on January 10, 2023 at 4:00 am

Love all your videos. I collect a lot McCoy and vintage vessels. This video really inspired me to use our native California greenery๐ŸŒฟ

  39. ES on January 10, 2023 at 4:05 am

How do you get the inner vase not to move around – if someone tries to touch or pick up the larger vase? Or top it up with water when you canโ€™t see the inner vase or move it easily?

  40. Jennifer Maloney on January 10, 2023 at 4:05 am

If you love flowers in your house all the time you could supplement your garden with a Flower CSA during the summer season and support a local flower farmer. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‰ We flower farmers have to put a plug in for local flowers! Down there in your climate you may even have some growers who have flowers for Valentines Day blooming in their high tunnels right now. We have some here in VA. You can find them through the ASCFG web site (Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers) ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚

  41. Debbie Stott on January 10, 2023 at 4:06 am

I live your style. Very lovely.

  42. Veldene Bergen on January 10, 2023 at 4:08 am

The tip of using a smaller vase inside the large one to hold the water. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Wow would have never thought of that, thank-you!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  43. Hzleyes708 on January 10, 2023 at 4:10 am

I love the video but I use artificial flowers from places like Michaels and pottery barn. I have multiple seasonal colors and keep them stored in space bags to use during each season. That includes artificial fruits. I can bend and mix flowers in so many options. Some seasons I am in a more minimalist mood which is where I am now. I have an assortment of vases in neutral colors for both the floor and tables. Some of my vases are without any flowers or branches bc theyโ€™re grouped. Your point about vases being an inexpensive way to change a space is on point. EQ3 has nice vases too!

  44. carol davis on January 10, 2023 at 4:12 am

I find a small bit of bleach in the water helps my flowers last longer and keeps the water clearer.

  45. JREPUB Youtube on January 10, 2023 at 4:13 am

Hi Valentina, picked up a beautiful vase at Homegoods. Thanks for the inspiration!

  48. Susie Bilk on January 10, 2023 at 4:16 am

A little late , but I asked my husband to cut a few branches off his oak tree~~!! Boy did he!! I put most ina large vase on the floor, and the extra branch is sitting on the kitchen table,in a green glass jar~~ says coffee on it!! Perfect!!
