I was going to save this one to watch on Sept 1 because summers are short in New England and I try to squeeze every delicious degree and sun ray I can. I promised myself I wouldn’t decorate for fall until Sept 1, but I Could Not Resist watching the video now, and you did not disappoint. Squeeee!
My mom made every holiday so special and fun. I’ve been in a holiday slump since losing her in Apr 2018: they just didn’t feel the same. Your first Christmas decorating your family’s valley home caught my attention, but it was the fall decor sessions you did last year that reset holiday decorating for me. It seemed so pointless to decorate for only a few weeks, but when you mentioned fall decor can go up Sept-Nov, I was onboard! I loved when you mentioned sales some stores were having because that made it even better.
And I LOVE the relationship you have with your mom. It’s really fun to watch you two when you get together.
