its very nice. the only changes id make is no fake flowers ever! that my pet peeve. fresh evergreen instead & too many baskets . its too much of a good thing. 1 or 2 then you could add some brass figurines, ie. birds or animals, or a silver teas serving set for a very attractive fall/winter look. & of course you cant go wrong with more books, esp the classics & ones you actually love to read!

Keep your eyes open for a copper bucket of some sort to hold wood in front of your fireplace.
I would do solid cranberry and evergreen pillows on the couch, to bring in those colors for fall.

I’m doing the same of painting the woodwork the same color as the walls! It’s pretty close to the same color you have! When I was painting the walls I had such a calm relaxing feeling!

those vent grates on the stone fireplace should be the color of the stones; they are distracting….or paint them to look like stones to blend in using multiple colors

I always put a wall mirror and small table in the foyer and put a fat tall timer candle and a small silver dish for car keys. It is a perfect place for a vase of fresh fall flowers and branch of colorful leaves too. It says "welcome home" each time you walk thru front door. In vases of fake flowers, I open a paper envelope scent sachet and pour contemts into vase, then top with artifical florals. I do this in bedrooms and bathrooms.
What color is your molding and your walls? Is the ceiling also the same color? I love it all!

That small chair on the left should have a mini lumbar pillow. Not a large throw pillow. would just have to be tossed a side if someone wanted to sit there. Other wise, it’s a great room.
