I have never experienced fine dining when it comes to Caribbean cuisine but it actually exists in LA!! This place is a hidden gem and righteously so because it’s been opened for less than a year since the date of this video! Sean Romeo is a talented chef and artist and I can tell that he is on his way to doing big things. The moment you walk through the doors of Cecilia’s, you are quickly welcomed by warmth and coziness. The décor is awesome, the food is on point and I certainly appreciate everything that Sean is doing. Check out this video for some fine Caribbean cuisine!!
