How Sweetgreen is redefining healthy fast food
A salad chain dreamed up by three college students is shaking up the restaurant business. Sweetgreen is now open in 30 locations, from Washington, D.C., to Boston to California. Just last week, the company announced a much bigger bowl of green: nearly $100 million in total venture funding. Julianna Goldman reports on why major investors are digging in.
Ask them how much they pay their workers?
Pathetic. They are just another trio of greedy wanna be corporate idiots who will exploit the working poor while they get rich preaching healthy values. I’d bet their employees can’t afford to eat there. Sad. This is just another fraud company appealing to the trendy idea of healthy living built on the backs of the real workers. And I’m sure the people who work the fields and get paid next to nothing sure can’t afford to eat there either. Pass.
Wow an amazing mashup of Chipotle, Subway and Ben & Jerry’s of Salads🥗
New billion dollar business trend in food business, is to come up with the next Chipotle of…🤔
The WEWORK of food. Their salad are expensive and tasteless, their customer are college aged white girls.
I love eating salads. They taste great, healthier, and can feel good about myself. HOWEVER, why is eating healthy ALWAYS more expensive? This is the reason why I and millions of other people reluctantly choose fast food burgers.
I am very impressed your business idea
What I see is all the black people slaving making salads. All the people on line are White. Minorities need to stop thinking small and become entrepreneurs. Start your own food chain, own something, instead of slaving cause you want to buy a new Gucci belt to show off.
