How to convert TS4 to TS3: Wall Decor

Hello! In this tutorial I show the basics of converting a painting from The Sims 4 into a Sims 3 object, a little bit about mesh editing, and making an object recolorable. Thanks for watching! More videos to be made!

Thank you so much for this! Using this and your other video i have successfully converted a desk chair, a desk, 3 bars, 2 bar stools, the large and small lockers that came with TS4, a painting and a stove. Just randomly doing objects as i find them and i keep trying new objects to see what i can do. Haven’t figured out Mirrors yet but i am trying to get them to work. Lights have also been pretty tricky, i got one to work but the glass isn’t see through so i’m not sure what to do about that. It’s all pretty easy just time consuming. Using Milkshake and the whole reference thing has been my main method. The chairs, appliances, mirrors, lights, and tons of other objects require you do use Milkshake to reorganize either the groups or replace the objects in the right location. Thank you again for the tutorials and when i finish more objects i’ll upload them and share them with you

I know this is an old video but would this method work for face mask/hat? Thank you!

Hi, my object looks fantastic in CAST, but gets blurry in live and buy mode. Can you help me figure this out?
