Living In A Van For $700 A Month | Unlocked
Must have felt amazing to jam out on the roof like that at 8:22
"I don’t know that I would be able to live this lifestyle without my dog Millie. She provides a lot of comfort for me. Whenever I’m having a bad day she’s always there to cheer me up." (1:23) That’s so sweet 🐶
Yeah this isn’t van life. Trust fund babies that were able to invest for success aren’t the same as legitimate poor people living in vehicles. Ya know the ones who don’t have the resources to start and build successful YouTube/tiktok channels.
why are all these Vans painted white?
certainly it’s more interesting to plaster them with images and other colors as well????

Everybody is concerned about the market going down but refusing to take advantage of it. The best decision I ever made in my life was investing in the crypto market. Trust me guys, it really pays a lot! 😊
But isn’t it weird sleeping in a vehicle which is out on the street where people can walk up to it? I don’t get it, it’s basically being homeless.
What good is the shower setup if your water isn’t hot? 🚿
That is a complete waste of money and space!
It’s better to sink money into a depreciating asset that you’ll eventually own (van) then giving all of your money to a landlord. Especially if it saves you money on the long run that you could spend on a house, etc.
You did a great job on your build
I feel homeless and I have a sticks and bricks home lol 😅
I didn’t know Jason Momoa lived in a van 😂 just kidding great video ✌️
pffftt sigh wotever poser
I would be unbearably lonely if I was a solo van lifer without a place that connected me to friends. I get how hard that must be for him.
its gamers like you on wifi, in the middle of F+++ all, with your wifi ping…laggin in my matches, causing havoc ruining experiences, go home and use a ethernet cable….how rude.
i have to pay 470 a week, big deal
I love that your able to do van life as a gamer which seems so not traditional for a van lifer. Great build.
I love this channel bc all the different life styles people can have living in different places, I just don’t like the message of “people is difficult live with and to be surrounded by”, I better go to drive all over the country and feel I’m not belonging anywhere 😅
Wow, that van has everything.
Much respect to this man. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is a little misleading. The payment on the van alone is $700. He also has to feed himself, pay insurance, pay for gas, pay for parking or camping.
Lol that’s too small for full time
U have a nice van that allows u 2 stand up. Great choice n van selection. I bought a minivan & regret it. Im van living cuz of rent increase & i will not give up my cat buddy.
Silly question. Do you permanently have a strong internet connection when traveling. Enough to work from home?
He spent all that $ on renovating the van but didn’t include neither a hot shower nor an actual toilet? I lived in an 18-foot RV with my wife and dog for 5 months, so I have some experience. An inside toilet is essential, particularly in cold climates. The same goes for a shower. He didn’t spend his renovation money correctly.
Also, he needs to get rid of the triangle thing hanging from his rearview mirror. It’s illegal in most places, and it impairs vision.
He gets applause for the dog, but Milly is not enough. He should find some friends. If he has to stop running around to achieve this, then that is what he needs to do.
Trent, thank you for sharing your story. Your tiny home is beautiful. Reminds me of a cabin in the woods. All the best to you & Milly.
This sounds great but everyone makes good money to be able to live in a van
This man plays Halo Infinite
You captured a string of starlink satellites in your shot at 2:25.
Looks good. Do they make them for 6’6" tall people? …..oh….
Back to the drawing board.
Can you start making more cheap living vids like this? Versus “I LIVE AND MAKE MILLIONS A YEAR HAHA LOOK AND WATCH WHAT I CAN DO WITH IT AND YOU CANT”
"I could bake cookies and brownies…" I bet you could!
I see, he had a broken heart due to a failed relationship. I can feel him.
This is a lie. He pays $700/month for his loan on the van. That doesn’t include his actual living expenses, that’s just his current ‘rent’. And the upfront costs should include the cost of the conversion, not just the cost of the van. All he said was that the MSRP was $47,000, not if that included the conversion, which I doubt. His loving expenses would be the van payment plus food, fuel, phone, internet, camping fees when applicable, maintenance on the van, vet bills, clothing, dog toys, etc. Basically the only thing that changes expensive wise when living on the road is rent & utilities. Everything else stays roughly the same unless you work to change that. Fuel, camping fees and vehicle upkeep take the place of rent and utilities and can vary widely depending on where you park and how much/how far you travel. So this video is extremely misleading.
Wowwww this man is super intelligent 🤓🧠 and we’ll thought out plan and they way he love Millie💜 is so adorable great job Trent!💙👏🙌 I love the van
Love your spirit. Beautiful job on your van! Classy 🥰
lol 700 a month? Bs. Have a dislike CNBC for your horrible leftist reporting and crappy clickbait.
he looks like Aqua man but more happy
Im a single man with no kids or family so Im saving up to buy a van just like yours to travel and enjoy life.Great setup you got there
I love his van so much, and the gaming set up!
$700 per month?? where to in a carpark? it would cost you over that to travel over 400 miles of traveling around the USA now lol
capitalism is so far down the hole
How can this guy not have a girlfriend?
What a great build, this and your previous van!
fart noises*
So many haters in these comments….don’t let it dismay you! I spend about 300 a month on diesel, 100 on internet, 140 on insurance, and own my van. That’s only $540, and you’re already paying for car insurance if you own a vehicle and rent a home. If I stay in one area, I can get away with $100 on diesel. This isn’t considering food costs, but that’s virtually the same as if I had an actual home. I’m paying on the way lower end to live by myself with my dog. And I also have a movable house…
just asking,… you are a liar right? hope you come back to reality and stop that…
Appreciate the dude started with "I’m feeling homeless sometimes" xD
I live in Comitan Chipas I travel have fiber optic internet ,all for less then 100 dollars a Month .
