It never makes sense to me why women think behavior like that is helpful. It’s important that people know when they screw up, but once they do know it, continuing to beat it into their heads makes things worse. Hammering at them because "they deserve it" is purely destructive and utterly backwards. It also shuts their minds down and keeps them from thinking about the problem, AND focuses them on how the ONLY thing they want is for you to shut up. So, if you find yourself doing this, know that you are a second problem, NOT the solution. No matter how much of a problem their behavior is, if YOU can’t stop, THEY will never improve.

It’s really annoying that everyone is just glossing over how he failed to support her through IVF so he could go get wasted with friends. Ivf is brutal and incredibly demanding on a woman’s body.
I get that he’s all sad and on the verge of tears all the time but he sounds like a terrible husband.
She’s a bit rude but overall she was a better cook, manager etc than him and miles better than the vast majority of the male owners in this show.

The poor workers shouldnt all have to be yelled at cause of one worker. If she cared about this resteraunt then she would be in there cooking too. And i feel bad for the costumers they shouldnt have to hear you yelling at your workers unprofessional.
