Hey andrew. I would be mindful of the local economy. Today is a big day in Las Vegas and most are preparing for the worst. Sadly, folks aren’t ready to get on planes, while the RV folks have a clean plate to stay, you still need those hotels filled to keep the city alive and have fun!

  2. Ben Franklin on March 15, 2023 at 9:46 am

The thing that has ruined this whole concept is loud obnoxious TVs. All these big coaches have them and people pull in turn them on and assume you have to listen whether you like it or not. Outside TVs are the worst development in RVing in the last thirty years.

  3. Dave on March 15, 2023 at 9:48 am

    DO IT

  4. Sarah J. on March 15, 2023 at 9:49 am

Totally fun Andrew…what a plan…can you say your whole vacation helping dad with sewer people an hoping the old bathroom situation will work for a day or 2…this is the upkeep you avoid…so interesting…thanks much fun..

  5. Carolyn Lassonde on March 15, 2023 at 9:50 am

Hello Andrew, We loved learning about this lovely motorcoach resort in Las Vegas. Do you know of any similar Luxury RV resorts in Arizona?

  6. Rodney Nielsen on March 15, 2023 at 9:53 am

Which would be better for ownership, LVMR or Motorcoach Country Club (Indio)?

  7. vanagoland jua on March 15, 2023 at 9:54 am

so, If I paid my lot completely my monthly its $495 not bad at all but only if I am fully retired.

  8. Poveri Sfigati on March 15, 2023 at 9:55 am

I thought they observed the 10 yr rule for moho’s. I saw some Moho’s that are older than 10 yrs in this Vid.

  9. Bill Lambert on March 15, 2023 at 9:55 am

This looks a lot like the Oasis rv resort in Vegas, I wander if it was the same developer

  10. Alex Day on March 15, 2023 at 9:58 am

Not sure why these resorts need to market exclusivity by mandating that only class a motor homes are allowed…. Ridiculous as Super C’s are often more expensive and more visually appealing. Pretentious if you ask me.

  11. Mfhairstream on March 15, 2023 at 9:59 am

not bad. for those prices in Florida u get a total dump

  12. Craig and Lisa O on March 15, 2023 at 10:00 am

Beautiful place. I’m surprised HOA is not too bad. Our place in Texas has exactly the same features, a huge dog park, walk around fenced lake and our fees are $185. Check out Llano Grande RV resort in Mercedes Texas. 55plus community and well worth every dollar we’ve spent on two RV lots.

Get out of Vegas while you can. Water wars.

  19. John Schneiter on March 15, 2023 at 10:11 am

Is the complex run by owners or the developer?

  20. KonaMan62 on March 15, 2023 at 10:12 am

While I’ve enjoyed quite a few of your videos, Andrew, the way you started off this with the driving tour on speaker phone was AWESOME! That little demonstration will come in handy at some point in my life. Keep it up!

I used to live right around the corner from LVMR.
    The diner just sold again.
Not sure what it’s going to be next.

  22. Carl O on March 15, 2023 at 10:14 am

Rent these rv lots, don’t buy them, I think you purposely buy these lots to trigger us lol.

  23. saleenr6 on March 15, 2023 at 10:15 am

I’m a little confused when you guys discussed the split when renting it out. So the owner pays the full hoa and renter pays Eletric. What else is there to split with the property?

  24. Rex Hargrove on March 15, 2023 at 10:17 am

Another outstanding video! You ask all the right questions and provide so much value for your viewers.

😂 No riff raff says the dude with the upturned hat, tattoos, cigarette and beer in his hand. LoL. It’s all relative.

  26. ABC123 on March 15, 2023 at 10:17 am

I pay $200 HOA in my condo in Nashville all the HOA does is cut the weed, because it’s not grass.

  27. Bryce on March 15, 2023 at 10:17 am

I remember staying there back when it first opened in 2001. There were no houses around it, and only a few sites. So much has changed over the years as I continue to visit from time to time.

  28. Tracy and Ryan on March 15, 2023 at 10:18 am

Andrew, have you done a review on Fort Lauderdale, Fl? And Tiny Home on wheels Villages?

  29. Burton Brink on March 15, 2023 at 10:20 am

We own here and have owned it for 5 years. We bought a undeveloped lot and did our buildout. Hope you enjoyed the park, Andrew. Did you end up buying a spot?

  30. Ron Ray on March 15, 2023 at 10:20 am

Way too much money for a lot! You gotta be rich to buy one of these!Good Luck!

  31. DM DM on March 15, 2023 at 10:20 am

I guess Andrew is like most YouTubers showing their wealth and almost even flaunting when they maybe I will be my number ? Car and I’m Andrew case RV lot. Oh well, if you got it, I guess it’s ok to flaunt it. More success to all.

    $200k for a parking spot… LOLOLOLOL!

  34. Ffej Uadlos on March 15, 2023 at 10:27 am

Get a buying agent to represent YOUR interests. The guy selling the property has no fiduciary responsibility to you.

  35. John Zizzo on March 15, 2023 at 10:27 am

50/50 split and hoa of 395? Cap rates are horrible on this?

  36. JETHREZEL QUIZOL on March 15, 2023 at 10:27 am

Buy it Bro, buy as many as ya can, Go for it ; )

  37. Mike 68/442 on March 15, 2023 at 10:28 am

See what these sold for after the 2008 collapse, this is what they maybe selling for in a year or so.

  38. Louis Giardina on March 15, 2023 at 10:29 am

I’m not an RVer but I thought the whole reason to do full time RVing would be to live as tax free and land free as possible basically to save money . If it’s going to cost me 140,000 to buy a space then it’s 5000 a year for maintenance I’ll but a small house what’s the difference . You also said you have a spot in Montana. I live in Long Island and pay 12-15 thousand a year in taxes which is ridiculous but my home value has gone up 7x it’s value I bought it for 99,000 in 1985 it is now worth 700,000 . How long does an RV last but to be honest I think in the long run RVing is a losing proposition in 20 years your RV is worth nothing and you will need to buy a new one don’t get me wrong I’m not bad mouthing RVers I’m just trying to understand the reasoning in doing it thank you.

  40. Eugene Smith on March 15, 2023 at 10:35 am

How are the lots rented out who controls what lots get rented is it fair are the records open for inspection heard rumors about that place

  41. cntsles fabrication on March 15, 2023 at 10:35 am

I’m born and raised here in Vegas and know this town like the back of my hand especially where this is located at and if your willing to spend between $150,000 and $300,000 I can show you some locations of lots in that area where you can make the same amount of investment and double your money without having to deal with HOA’s and newmorise other things that you won’t have to deal with at LVM community your looking at. Hell you could come park your RV inside or outside of my warehouse complex I own and live at with my 5,000 sqft shop and right above my shop on the 2nd floor is my 5,000 sqft house. I have full RV hookups and the best thing of all no neighbors because it’s all warehouses that are rented out to Criss Angel the mind freak and he has 24/7 armored security officers that keep the warehouses/compound on lockdown which is a perk for me since he has to have them for all of his magic and other businesses he has running out of here and all of his exotic cars and toys that fills 1 building alone of 3. Let me know if want me to show those locations or come check out my house and shop it’s less than 5 mins from LVM location Sunset and I-15 freeway

  42. 1slagneb on March 15, 2023 at 10:35 am

Thank you for showing this resort. I want to see part 2. Hope you had a great new year. See you soon!

  45. Marchal Peck on March 15, 2023 at 10:37 am

why those are worthless take the money and use it for traveling

  46. This Week on March 15, 2023 at 10:38 am

Not true. Section 8 housing with in eye sight from LVMR.
Actually a murder walking distance from the resort.
But… that is normal for every neighborhood in Vegas after Obumner ruined the nation. Now you have total hoods right next to million dollar mansions. The section 8s have to rob somebody.

  47. tallest - man on March 15, 2023 at 10:38 am

HOA of $395 covers utilities, which by themselves exceed that amount.. hmm 🧐. Interesting statement

  48. Phil W on March 15, 2023 at 10:39 am

LVM looks nice. I would like to get out of the snow and cold in the winter. Happy trails!
