I want a Gypsy Vardo and a majestic Gypsy Vanner horse to go with it!!! I am just curious where the land comes from….do you rent the space or do you have to own the land???

As she even said it’s a trailer! A wagon has a steer axle.

Wonderful woman with her wonderful creation. As she says, it’s like her home is her if she was a home. I love her beautiful energy, and pure magic in her eyes. She is definitely some kind of fairy, and the environment around is truly a mystical forest. I love that she says her favorite thing is the fireplace and how she gives importance to it. I agree with the feeling that having a fireplace it’s like giving a soul to your home, the fire is like the heart beat of your home. It makes me think about the movie "Howl’s moving Castle", she’s the magician, in his moving magical place, and the fire, calcifer, is like the source energy of all of it.
I would love to follow her adventure if she ever has a blog or whatever. Thank you for sharing her story !

I love the purples and reds. But too dark. The fireplace cute. You should find God, those pictures on the door are darkness.

True story. I met a man who’s mother was a true gypsy at a photo club. He, his wife and I had an instant connection. I feel I may have gypsy blood coursing through my veins. Not sure how true that is but something just feels right about being Bohemian !

  13. Jo Sullivan on May 2, 2022 at 8:23 pm

Can we have an update on Frenchie and her caravan? That would be lovely

  21. Pablo Bartelotte on May 2, 2022 at 8:31 pm

The word "Gypsy" is slang for Egyptian which is a misidentification of The Roma people. It’s the same as calling an African person a "n".

  22. Virginia Mueller on May 2, 2022 at 8:32 pm

    Its all really beautiful.

When I first saw the outside I immediately thought "Ah an old Romany caravan" as this is what they reminded me of, homely and a special retreat that is both mobile and plantable. And of course Frenchie is so extrovert in both appearance and sensibility.

I saw this video back when I first became aware of tiny living and it’s stuck with me ever since. I compare everything I’ve seen since to it.

It seems ideal, but there can be problems if you end up struggling because of some illness, disease or disability. These homes are all beautiful and cosy and life seems idillic, but things in life can happen and suddenly you can’t walk on the grass, you need crutches or frames around the toilet and walk in showers and you can’t manage steps or have some kind of respiratory illness where you need very good insulation and damp proofing… If you’re going to do this, make sure you save for a rainy day. I don’t want to sound pessimistic but things in life can happen.

  35. Carole M Pluckrose on May 2, 2022 at 8:46 pm

I LOVE her colour choices. My idea of home heaven. I could see me with some of my hobbies in something like this, with the log burner.

She’s one very grounded, intuitive lady. She’d rather be wonderful to have as a friend. Both they and she are so lucky.

  36. Jonny Faggetter on May 2, 2022 at 8:47 pm

I would love to live in a tiny house; I would love something that looks like an Irish stone cottage that fits my three children and I. 💚
