I know you said you wanted to reupholster the green chairs.. but I actually really love them in green with you set up! But im sure you’ll make fantastic choice either way

TV Situation: How about DIY a chunky artist stand to prop the TV up at the Left Side of the fireplace. You will be able to see it from all seating without losing your beautiful mantel decore.

Please get a tall, giant Saguaro Cactus !! They even make beautiful artificial ones. You know the place to go . OOXOO

I noticed a guy calling himself pf vloger used your photo which you used for celebrating buying your new home, except they moved into a flat. It was a blonde girl though which was confusing – you might like to take a look. I know there are people doing awful things, or stupid things, or …. whatever. But you put so much effort into your vlog and your home, I don’t like to see someone usurping your work.

Aunque no entienda el 95% de lo que dices 😅… me encantan tus videos. Tu gusto exquisito para la decoración, te felicito!!!! Quisiera yo que vinieras a transformar mi casa😃

Pop ups missing, I never got to see the old sconces which I was dying to see what the old was like or the material you bought when looking at the yard on the roll in the store…..don’y say it if you are not going to include it, that drives me crazy!……othersie I like the way the vibe is going.

Your house is coming along beautifully! I don’t know if anybody’s already suggested this but if you don’t want to have ATV over the fireplace maybe hide a projector in the beams and a drop down screen?

  11. Bina Kopit on February 14, 2023 at 5:34 am

Love love love your living room. You have a magic touch. All your design choices are pure magic. Wonder if the Nelson Platform Bench might work in front of your new couch? It’s long and skinny. I have one in front of my CB2 Lawndale leather couch. You can use it as an ottoman while you sit on your couch or it can be used as extra seating. It might look too delicate in front of your substantial couch??? Worth considering. 😇Enjoy your videos so much!! Very inspiring. Cheers from Canada. 🇨🇦

LOVE your home, your channel and YOU! Don’t put the TV above the fireplace. It will KILL your neck after just 20 minutes.

  15. ShowdogTiger on February 14, 2023 at 5:35 am

Drew, how about Benjamin Moore Pashmina?

  16. julianna dougherty on February 14, 2023 at 5:39 am

sorry, sofa is too big for the room, shoulda been 2 facing love seats? I dunno…just what i would do 😉

  17. Shannon on February 14, 2023 at 5:40 am

Really like seeing a not-quite-finished but still designed room, as this is totally the way real people design. Less about the big reveal, more about assessing what pieces you still need or want to change in future and working with making what you have already to make it work

Via a vis your steam boat picture you are confusing the the 1800’s with the 18th century.
The 18th century is the 1700s . They didn’t have steam driven ships in the 18th century
    (
Like we are in the 21st century now)

  19. Janet on February 14, 2023 at 5:40 am

    I enjoy watching your process

That rug is so perfect for the room and house!

  22. Gilena Simons on February 14, 2023 at 5:41 am

I have a Monterey style chair as well and adore the large paddle-like arm rests. I also adore your floor lamp between your pair. Tres chic. And the glass doors you installed behind them! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼👍🏼

  23. Akoposi Loren on February 14, 2023 at 5:41 am

try sage green on the wall

  24. Deborah O'Neill on February 14, 2023 at 5:42 am

Adore you as always! Your new home and the vintage curation. Amazing. Thanks Drew for sharing your light!

  25. JC on February 14, 2023 at 5:43 am

The new sofa is not my favorite. It actually looks very cheap for the price it is. I think it’s because the color makes it look dated. I could be bias because I have the article cigar sofa you had. I will never get rid of it. There’s also a seller on Etsy that makes covers for them.

  26. julianna dougherty on February 14, 2023 at 5:44 am

not a fan of the sofa color..but glad you like it

  27. Serendipity on February 14, 2023 at 5:45 am

I love the Chartreuse on the chairs – it’s such a retro color and looks fantastic with burnt orange, or eggplant purple – wish you’d keep the fabric (not sure what the fabric actually is – but the color pops in your living room).

  28. Lorraine Morgan on February 14, 2023 at 5:50 am

Drew, where you have the fig tree, you need to put a large bird of paradise plant

  29. Ailbhe Large on February 14, 2023 at 5:51 am

Serious note… The TV will be too high up and it totally going to ruin the look.
Would it be mental to get a projector TV too pull down from under the mantel price that can be hidden away?
    Did I just invent something?
But seriously you can’t ruin the fire place moment with a TV. It’s so hard to find a place to put the ugly thing that we need out 24/7 but I just feel it never goes over the mantel.

  30. Kathy Gyles on February 14, 2023 at 5:51 am

Love your home, and All of ur design choices, but please please please 🙏 don’t put a tv on that beautiful fireplace.😬

  31. Fragolina on February 14, 2023 at 5:54 am

I like your sense of colour. space & texture.

  32. Michelle Boydston on February 14, 2023 at 5:57 am

  34. Kristine Goetsch on February 14, 2023 at 5:59 am

I loved this video. It is so interesting to see you put a room together and hear your thought process for why you did something. Even if it is temporary, the room looks so inviting. Can’t wait to see the built-ins and everything else you do with the room.

  35. Ann Staley on February 14, 2023 at 5:59 am

    Where is Marie

  36. Sarah Lindsay on February 14, 2023 at 5:59 am

My Pottery Barn couch came (after 6 months) in two different fabrics?!? What? The couch in one color and the chaise in another… NOT what we ordered. Now waiting another 4 months for them to rebuild the couch section in the correct fabric… ugh! Glad your came out correct!!

Oh. please get a giant. tall Saguaro cactus !

  40. Sylvia Wright on February 14, 2023 at 6:03 am

I have an old picture that I wish I could show the back. Years ago there was not enough mortuary business that they combined it with furniture. This picture has a stamp that gives the Mortuary name and Furniture. I love it. History

  41. Gilena Simons on February 14, 2023 at 6:05 am

As a life long Patroness of all Arts, I can assure you, Mr Fox, you can do anything you want with your art. I love that you noticed the back of that oil painting and appreciate the patina and texture. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼👍🏼

  42. Lorre M253 on February 14, 2023 at 6:07 am

OMG, those goblets from your drop look just like ones my daughter made in high school pottery! cool

  43. Cinema OCD on February 14, 2023 at 6:08 am

Luke calling greenhouse: hi, yeah, I need a spooky tree….

  44. Debbie McAllister on February 14, 2023 at 6:08 am

Drew, you’ve got such a great eye for decor and different pieces. I would have a hard time not wanting to keep them all. I admire that you can share them with your viewers in your store. BTW, I love your white metal tube earrings. They’re perfect.

  45. Sustainable _Sarah on February 14, 2023 at 6:09 am

I had a heart attack and thought that was blood at the end

  46. Karebear on February 14, 2023 at 6:09 am

The yellow wall – you could totally get a latte, light brown color, something very light but in that soft warm brown. Or like a super light brown you find under mushrooms. There are so many possibilities 😍

  47. Jo Anne Jones on February 14, 2023 at 6:12 am

I would dye the chair cushion covers. Just a thought…

  48. Jean Fagan on February 14, 2023 at 6:12 am

What about a projection television set up to keep that great fireplace as it was built? Love your couch!!

  49. Charlene Cruz on February 14, 2023 at 6:14 am

Get rid of that flat leather box seat pillow on the rug. I like all the light that comes in the room in the morning too dark in the room for filming later in the day. You need more lighting for that.🌵🌵

  50. Chaka485 on February 14, 2023 at 6:19 am

Love that chartreuse color – do you happen to know the fabric the vendor used?! It’s exactly what I’m looking for 😍

You may want to consider a round coffee table since there are so many rectangle shapes already in your LV, will help soften and, plus easier for flow (guests moving around)
