Hello Mike, simple but nice recipe, I would add white wind deglazing to sauce, and also cook fish with thyme and finish with butter and lemon emulsion;)
so ngl I tried this and I loved it, the only thing I kept doing was forgetting about the potatos in the oven so I burnt them once XD but other than that… I love how simple but amazing this recipe is. its not overly complicated, and it was prepared with readily available ingredients that aren’t going to break the bank on cost. really loved this one
