Modern Outdoor Dining Table and Pergola Build // How To – Woodworking
I built this modern outdoor dining table out of Ipe 3x3s. Ipe is one of the most difficult woods I’ve worked with, it’s insanely heavy and dense. All of the tools I used are available from Acme Tools, support them here: http://bit.ly/acmetoolscrafted I also built this pergola kit from TOJA GRID: https://amzn.to/2JsaCqn

Pergola…? Per-goal-ar. NOT per-ger-la. That is all.
What are the dimensions of the individual squared timbers?6x6cm
why do you talk?!
Came for the table, but the Pergola turned out to be the surprise keeper!
4x4s for a table top??? Must weigh a ton!!
waww amazing 💪🏽💪🏽💥💥
Any reason why one set of legs is narrower than the other? Or is it just because one of the pieces of metal you found was shorter?
말하지 말고 만드세요.
This is amazing but thats a lot of good wood used pretty inefficiently. I would have loved to see it using 1×1 studs instead
That’s beautiful
That table is gorgeous!
I like your videos brother, keep up the good work, from Indonesia
What is the price bodies forma the table is so prety.
Just your typical weekend piece for the hobbyist 😂In all seriousness, it looks great 👍
Love that table. Looks awesome. Will age very nicely. Damn. I’m inspired!
Really NICE outdoor table
Amazing table. What were the final dimensions of the ipe 3×3’s after being milled?
Great table. Could you use 2×2 instead of 3×3?
Now all I need is 30K of tooling and I’m good to go. Oh and FYI, you counterbored the nuts, not countersunk. Just saying 😌
Absolutely love that table.
What about rain to that pergola?
Impressive!
ппц наш русский мужик все это сделает без всяких навороченных станков
Looks good Johnny B ! Like that bench made one like it and was fun to make!
Should of rounded the ends first then any tear out would of been removed when rounding the side edges
Super!!! Hi from siberia!
that table is dope. id like to do a smaller coffee version. would go perfect under my toja perg.
Will you supply a link on where to buy the 3×3 Ipe wood?
Pretty amazing job, but in future try not to use Ipe since its a protected species and most of it is illegally cut in Brazil and sold in the USA and Europe as "sustainable".
Parabéns pelo trabalho, aqui temos uma mais densa, rsrss Angelim pedra. abs.
Nice table !
How did this hold up over a couple seasons? Was the expansion a problem or did this contraption work perfectly?
Hey man , im sorry to tell you that the wood you use for the table is not ipe , that wood is garapa , if the wood you had use have been ipe all your machines will be green stained right now
Is there a place where I can buy the table legs like the one you’ve made?
👌👍❤
"PER – GOAL – AH", just saying.
I don’t usually care for the color or picnic tables but this is absolutely gorgeous.
Please give details dimensions
Try routing the edge profile on the end grain before routing the long grain. That way you usually be able to route off any blowout from the end grain routing.
basta avere una falegnameria in casa, che ci vuole ? 😀
Beautifully done! Great work.
I’m pretty sure our storms would rip that pergola right off my deck 🙁
Спасибо большое за вашу работу!!!
That table is pure excellence… gr8 skills !!
Great table 🙂
One question
I am going to cut Cumaru wood
What is most important to have nice clean cut
I have dewalt d27112 saw
Thanks
What a beautiful table! I was looking for a cost-effective and easy’ish diy for an outdoor table and this is the complete opposite lol. Nonetheless, it’s gorgeous and looks like one that’ll last forever.
Is that epee like the fencing foil? Or is it spelled different?
Nice table, but too expensive to even dream about making this table with the price of lumber these days!
any info bout the bits for drilling?
