1. OPEN PLAN OFFICE DESIGN

An open plan office is a type of office layout where all employees work on the same floor and in the same open space.

By design, open office layouts are economical, flexible, and can be effective for highly collaborative teams.

The key to a successful open plan office design is balancing openness with privacy options.

2. OFFICE LIGHTING
———————————————————

The color and temperature of your office lighting play a vital role in the health and productivity of your team.

In general, cool blue or cool white lights are better for waking up, working, and concentrating. As a result, they are the ideal lights to have in an office setting.

3. OFFICE PARTITIONING
———————————————————

Partitioning is a cost-effective method of turning one large room into separated areas for many different functions.

Office partitions can be made using metal alloys, glass, and wooden materials. In this video we used glass partitions to create a hybrid office layout made up of open plan areas, low partition office areas and Cellular/enclosed Offices.

4. BOARDROOM DESIGN

The boardroom is where a recap of last week’s activities takes place, planning & strategy for the week happens and where the team is dispatched to execute the week’s agenda.The boardroom therefore needs to look like the agenda of the business.

5. BESPOKE JOINERY & FURNITURE
————————————————————-

Furniture procurement is one of the hardest things to do in interior design. We can design and build some of the best interiors but if the furniture procured does not add to the aesthetics of the design, all the work will go to waste.If the furniture is also not ergonomic then you’ll have disgruntled and uncomfortable staff, suffering from back pain, in a beautiful looking office.As a result we offer furniture procurement services and bespoke furniture design and build to complement the interior design and complete the look.

We buy and ship furniture from overseas on demand.

6. OFFICE VIEWS

Views with depth and contrast are always a hit, as is the case with the views in this video, from an office based in Upperhill, Nairobi. Research has shown that staff who have greater access to daylight are more productive. Gazing upon a natural landscape can have a calming effect, leaving your mind refreshed and recharged.
