Sysco and US foods definitely have the highest standards when it comes to numbers I selected for 10 years . But hey much rather use the voice system rather than the tag system which Sysco uses

I’ve had 4-5 warehouse jobs, two of those were voice picking. I swear to god, I fucking hated the voice picking, you were a robot ..answering to a robot. That was the worst. All I want is to be on my feet and scanning manually. So mind-numbing saying "one front" "two back", "ready", "skip location"..
Got to the point I’d retrain "Skip Aisle?" to "Go fuck yourself". Got a bit awkward when I had to train people..

  12. Sniper Dolphins on July 6, 2022 at 1:51 am

No stress no pressure no supervisor bothering you im always with my Bluetooth speaker enjoying myself always best job ever seen God bless each single people working in that warehouse👑🙏🏾

  13. Gordon Djordjevic on July 6, 2022 at 1:52 am

Pretty fast. But how come someone is driving for you? There are no forklift drivers changing out empty stock and your a loan wolf? Where’s the other 15 employees that are supposed to be in your way?

  14. J. Mad. on July 6, 2022 at 1:52 am

  22. Brian Slimm on July 6, 2022 at 2:02 am

I’m a material handler and inventory control. That’s beside the job of offloading for another department while I’m pulling orders for outbound and feeding a doorshop for daily production. Oh and I receive and stock. Thats six jobs at once without a person doing the labor. This video is not fast paced at all.

  23. Mook G on July 6, 2022 at 2:03 am

I worked at imperial beverage in Kalamazoo Michigan same stuff but when I got there we got iPads no paper work nice video

  24. MrSouthsideMuscle on July 6, 2022 at 2:05 am

  25. Lane Weaver on July 6, 2022 at 2:06 am

I work in sales for Lipari foods. This gives me a new respect for all the people at the wear-house pulling the orders I send though.

  31. Riot the chosen 1 on July 6, 2022 at 2:14 am

he slow lol but hey I been doing it 2 months and I move way faster than that but he is also using some sort of sheet

  32. President Moore on July 6, 2022 at 2:15 am

Must be great being able to select without 4-6 people all in the same lane as you. It’s a pain in the ass when you’re on a strict time limit but you can’t hit your percentage cause the lanes are clogged up.

  33. Juan Mejia on July 6, 2022 at 2:17 am

    Straight CHILLANG

  36. Brendan Hostetler on July 6, 2022 at 2:20 am

I did it for years… It is a noble job… takes a lot of motivation and tolerance. Not for everyone. Much respect to you…

  37. Mel Martinez on July 6, 2022 at 2:22 am

Why the headset ? Usually they give you a paper work order/picklist or a Rf gun.

  38. Triple 85 on July 6, 2022 at 2:23 am

I’m finna start doing that in one month just about hit a year at Walmart and I’m nervous 😅

  39. Jamie Starr on July 6, 2022 at 2:23 am

    Which distributor is this?

  40. BonzerMrT on July 6, 2022 at 2:24 am

My only problem with this job is the pace/ percentage needed to keep the job. Maintaining a 90% when you get absolutely swamped by big ordered back to back is seriously taxing. I feel like if they simply added 10 minutes to most of the bigger orders, the stress would go down for everyone involved
Legit in my first 4 months working I’ve heard so many “vets” complain about the standard just cause it’s almost no room for mistakes.
You can’t adjust anything on your pallet or god forbid you’re in a crowded isle, cause then you’re loosing percentages by the second.

  41. Alex Spicer on July 6, 2022 at 2:25 am

Where is this? I applied for Sysco which has a $36/hr job posting on Indeed. I don’t care if it’s hard work or not I’m taking that $36/hr any day

  42. karina🧿 on July 6, 2022 at 2:27 am

Have any of you seen smaller people do this. Would it be possible for me to do this even though I’m built like a noodle? I’m 90lbs and from what I’ve read sometimes you handle boxes that are 20-85 lbs.

  43. shingo ikatani on July 6, 2022 at 2:28 am
