HOW TO MAKE PIG SHOTS

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
– Sausage of your choice
– 1 Package of bacon cut in half
– Toothpicks
– Postal Barbecue Original Rub
– BBQ Sauce

Pig Shot Filling (Makes about 14)
– 1 Block of Cream Cheese
– 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
– 1 diced jalapeño (add more for added heat)
– Postal Barbecue Original rub (to taste)

    These are really good, made them a few times. The issue Im having is the bottom of the sausage is getting really burnt, I mean like you almost have to cut off a little bit. Ive been cooking them just as described. Anyone have any ideas what Im doing wrong?

    These are a good concept but! you need to mention that you need butcher cut thick sliced bacon at least 1/4in. thick. Packaged thick sliced or thin sliced bacon doesn’t work. The shot glasses don’t form properly and they fall over during cooking.

    I’m sure they’re good . But I’m not into things like this that take a tooth pick to hold together because soon as you pull the tooth pick out it falls apart . Plus when you bite into it , it falls apart even more becoming a pile of mush in your hand and is extremely messy . This is pretty much just for looks to give people an awe
