The twilight eclipse bathroom mirrors were interesting. The retro is still ugly. No thought of keeping it clean with texture
I love colors like green but when it comes to tile I would stick with neutrals and add color in paint or accessories. Tile is increadably expensive to change so you don’t want to put up something that’s out of style in 3 years. If you should decide to sell your home a colored tile is not everyone’s cup of tea and could hurt your resale value.

Actually, thanks you a lot. Doing our bathroom this year, and you tube is awash with "bathroom design" that is strictly from America. And this does NOT suit bathrooms in the UK or most of Europe really, because the size of space and the prevalence of some materials they are crazy about like marble. This was FAR more useful!

I’m renovating my master bath and I love the shiplap look, but yes, there will be a lot of white (although the vanity tops will be black stained concrete. Matt black fixtures and framed mirrors. Very sharp corners. Glass walk-in shower. So I love your idea of the round pendent lights would be a nice change to all the angles. Thanks SO much!! ❤️🛁

Really loved all of the ideas. I’m reluctant to spend on a rennovation and just get a blah design in the end. My favorites are the colorful sink basins and circular shaped items. It feels much more inviting.

To me the marble bathroom that everyone was doing a few years ago is kind of dated now. I don’t like that cold marble glam look. I love the darker, sultry, warm spa like bathrooms. They look so calming. Very different vibe then an all white marble bathroom

Oh my gosh , I don’t even know where to begin. AWESOME video ! ~ we just moved in with my elderly mother in law, she’ll be 92 in 2 months. AND we just had a baby 2 months ago. This house was built in the 30s ! Around ’34 I believe. NOTHING in the bathroom matches. We have wallpaper from who knows when, wall tiles from the 80s, off white with off white and beige stripes, bubble gum pink bathtub, early 2000s vanity and sink in an off white, white toilet from about 10 years ago or so, and floor tile either original from the 30s OR from the 70s. Can’t get a clear answer lol. (MOL has dementia and cannot recall , but has made tremendous strides since we moved in ❤️) ~ the floor tiles look cool and vintage, but, I’m not crazy about them. Maybe just fresehen up the grout ? ~in short, I haven’t a CLUE where to even BEGIN in the bathroom. I WAS planning on refinishing the tub in white, but now I’m second guessing myself. I don’t like the bubble gum pink, but maybe I would if it looked clean and new 🤔 I would actually really like for it to be green ! Along with a green toilet and sink ! And go from there with deciding what to paint and so on. Now, I am going to binge watch YouTube videos on refinishing ceramic in different colors ! Lol ❤️ thank u for an extensive look into the latest trends ! I was wondering if you had any ideas for handicap safety in bathrooms that are also a esthetically pleasing?? I love this kind of video and your suggestions. So many of the bathrooms, though quite different from one another, are all beautiful. I have a question about trends: How long do trends usually last? If one renovates a kitchen or bathroom in a trendy style, will that trendiness be a liability if the house has to be sold five or ten years down the line. Renovations can be very expensive, after all – and it would be a shame if a reno becomes dated too soon. Although I’m writing from Arizona, I imagine there wouldn’t be a great difference in the length of trends in Britian and here (even if the trends themselves are different). Your wisdom on the subject will be much appreciated!

Hello , my bathroom is narrow rectangular and
has no windows. 1350 mm wide, 2260 mm long
and 2400 mm high. I’m thinking of putting
checkered black and white floor which will
continue to the hall and midnight teal metro tiles.
Can you please tell me if this look will work? What
finish I should use? I was thinking brushed
chrome. And what color vanity units? I don’t want
my bathroom looking cold and uninviting. The rest
of the colors in the flat are midnight teal and

The fluted tiles will be a nightmare to keep clean. Love the greens/nature inspired elements.
Green has always been a terrible design color and these bathrooms look like that need to be remodeled
