Girl, I was worried when I read the title because people outside of Louisiana be messing up our food but you did that! You got everything right I would eat your shrimp creole.

I love how you are so quick and to the point, but with so much personality. I’ve never made shrimp creole before so I’m watching a couple videos to get a sense, but this is the only one I didn’t have to skip through stuff that could have been edited out. Thank you so much for a great video!

Ok so I watched this video about 5 to 6 times before making the dish, just because I love the way your concise videos go. And I would regret not also commenting on the personality you are. The food… So excellent of course I made minor tweeks to suit my family’s taste but your method is spot on. Thank you for this and just keep it up.

Aww, I loved this video! I was looking up Creoloe recipes to compare and contrast to work out the last of these ‘market tomatoes’ i roasted. I saw 4:11, numerologically my birthday on the length of this tube video, and I was captivated and watched the whole thing! I love to cook, i love that you added micro greens to the garnish and mentioned your green peppers were aesthetics! I agree, and its a little spicier than the sweet bells. I have thyme and oregano in my garden and I haven’
t dried them yet, so will be adding a little bit of both more for health benefits than flavor, but either way! MMm. thanks for sharing your creative passions <3 Will be adding chicken to this too I think, as my shrimps is at about 3/4 lb. πŸ™‚
