The anatomy of fast casual | Aaron Pool | TEDxEvansChurchill

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. When you walk into a restaurant as a hungry customer ready to enjoy an enchilada, did you know that each and every thing that you see and interact with has been completely thought through to create the best experience possible for you?

After college, Aaron decided to open a fast-casual restaurant. People told him that he didn’t have any experience and banks told him that he would fail. For those people who line up to enjoy his food everyday thank him for not listening to them.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

I miss just ordering a item off the menu and that’s all I had to do. No I have to give instructions to the person behind the counter on how to prepare the food. We’re going backwards. Thank you Subway
