This review was awesome. Close up picture of each product and detailed explanation of set up. Definitely helped me decide on what to order online without trying them out! Thank you so much!

Nemo star luxury had me at R.L. Stine’S Goosebumps book room. That single shot made my day.

  8. Daniel Houston on February 22, 2022 at 11:27 pm

Omg the best part is "but you’re probably wondering what chair is best for you" and then "well that all depends on what you’re looking for" wow these people are insane! All they do is talk nothing but RUBBISH!

  9. jascha schaub on February 22, 2022 at 11:27 pm

Are the helinox the lightest on the market?

  10. At Home In The Future on February 22, 2022 at 11:28 pm

Do you love a chair we didn’t mention here? Tell us about it!

  11. Stephan Grobler on February 22, 2022 at 11:29 pm

Its important in such a review to mention weight limits of each chair.

  12. Lillian on February 22, 2022 at 11:29 pm

Awesome review!! I received the Sitpack a year after ordering via Kickstarter, and it arrived broken. Anyway, I have the Helinox One and use it on my terrace. I don’t see myself setting it up on a nasty NYC sidewalk because it’s best for it to lie flat to assemble. I wouldn’t mind an upgrade and the word "hammock" appeals to me as well as a few simpler ones you mentioned.

  13. Adam Beverley on February 22, 2022 at 11:29 pm

    dammit now I wan’t a £230 chair that I never even new I needed…

This is really helpful and honest and helped to decide which are the best fit for our family

  16. Peter Smith on February 22, 2022 at 11:35 pm

Some of these chairs might be okay but they all seem way over priced when you can get a fairly comfortable, albeit a little heavy, folding camp chair at Walmart for under $10

  17. Simon Cullen on February 22, 2022 at 11:36 pm

Love this review going to buy stargazer as its way down in price looks cool

I wish you Included how much they can support. That’s a big factor in getting a chair

  21. Kevin Shaw on February 22, 2022 at 11:45 pm

Where are all the cup holders? haha

  22. Fulldec on February 22, 2022 at 11:46 pm

I loved the Nemo when I first sat in it. So much so that I bought 3! The more I used it, the more uncomfortable I felt and the less I liked it. Not comfortable for eating in, the sides crowd your arms and elbows. I ended up returning them and have continued my search. .

  23. B Brouillette on February 22, 2022 at 11:48 pm

    Chama chair.

  24. Will Maitner on February 22, 2022 at 11:49 pm

    Ugh, continental US? Boo hiss!

  25. Michael on February 22, 2022 at 11:50 pm

Kermit chair. 2.5kg and comfortable. An oak folding chair handmade in USA and a quality product that will last a lifetime. Adventure bikers love them.

  26. Douglas Alexander on February 22, 2022 at 11:50 pm

Vango (UK) make a helinox type with a higher back. Micro tall. Sure I’ve seen the same but different brand name. The slight weight and bulk over the helinox was worth it on my motorbike camping trip.

  27. bluettr250 on February 22, 2022 at 11:53 pm

Thank you sir! I googled your campfire compro…got here..and subscribed!

  28. Peter Judd on February 22, 2022 at 11:55 pm

  29. SpockFpv on February 22, 2022 at 11:55 pm

  31. skullcandy wonderland on February 22, 2022 at 11:56 pm

ozark trail has one thats almost exactly like the helinox but for like 10 bucks and honestly i like it more then the cliq cuz the cliq felt to flimsy and not stable even on flat ground and ended up returning it

  32. seabliss22 on February 22, 2022 at 11:57 pm

I have the luxury star gazer but can not use it. I have terrible fibromyalgia which means lifting myself up out of the chair is impossible. Can you do a video on light weight compact chairs for people with disabilities?

  33. Nathan R on February 22, 2022 at 11:58 pm

What camera do you use to film your videos?

  34. Fondel Mike Rotch on February 22, 2022 at 11:58 pm

How about a chair with stability and armrests and table? Have you ever camped? Like really? A back yard is not a test ffs.

  35. Teddgram on February 23, 2022 at 12:01 am

REI used to make a stool that’s just like the BTR stool. There’s had a back rest. I like how small it stowed down, but it was not comfy for long periods of time.

My wife has the Stargazer Recliner, and it is comfy. The cupholder is a little awkward, especially if have a container that’s open like a cup. It is possible to spill onto your leg. Also, be careful with those legs. Then tend to snap in pretty abruptly and I’ve gotten pinched a few times trying to set those up.

One thing with almost all of the chairs here, they are pretty low to the ground. While resting my feet on the ground, my knees are higher than my hips in all of these chairs. You really have to tuck in your feet underneath and lean forward to get yourself to get out of these chairs. The Stargazer chairs add a degree of difficulty to them when you realize that they swing.

My wife came across a Stargazer knock-off from Costco that is taller and is easier to get out of, but it is actually pretty heavy and takes up more room than a traditional bag chair.

At the end of the day I still like my old fashioned bag chair the best, I just wish it was as light and stowed down smaller. I look forward to seeing what the future brings. I has been nice to see some new designs lately to shake things up.

  37. chalion on February 23, 2022 at 12:02 am

I’ll stick with my Trekology chair and sand mat. Works well for me and well, I already own it.

  38. clearskies on February 23, 2022 at 12:02 am

Would love to know the design weight on the Stargazer Luxury.

  39. BBBYpsi on February 23, 2022 at 12:03 am

I paid $2 for my camping chair in 1982. Still going strong. But now I am old & fat I need a chair that the butt does not sink down & stays much firmer & a bit higher off the ground because it is getting hard to get out of it.

  40. TheWoolyninja4 on February 23, 2022 at 12:06 am

The helinox is a cool chair but I can’t ignore that there are chairs of the exact same design, size and weight included, on the market for $35 dollars. Based on reviews the quality is about the same a few small differences but worth the 40-50 bucks probably not.

  41. Dan on February 23, 2022 at 12:07 am

Do you prefer to Cliq Camping Chair or Helinox Chair One?

  42. Art Thurman on February 23, 2022 at 12:08 am

What have you seen that works on wet grass? Seems to be a hole in the market.

  43. Claire Gordon on February 23, 2022 at 12:08 am

Very helpful video! Now I leave wanting a more expensive chair than what I came to look at! Lol

  44. Jeff Chambers on February 23, 2022 at 12:09 am

Very well done, sir! Thanks for posting it.

  45. Jack Voss on February 23, 2022 at 12:10 am

Requirements of a camp chair include:
    1. Seating height at normal seating height. Something that you find yourself having to collapse down into, and rolling out of is not smart. Take Helinox to the junk pile.
    2. Has to have a back rest. Add all of those stools to the junkpile.
    3. Comfort. You sit down to relax. Any chair that has a bar across the bottom of your thighs will restrict circulation. That’s right – the junkpile.

A light weight chair that has served me well for about 15 years now is a Roll-A-Chair. It is nice.

    I ordered a sit
I ordered the Campster chair throughIndiegog last July. To date I have received nothing despite numerous requests for a refund or the chair. They blocked my comments on their site . Costco has a better chair and these people don’t deserve business since they are just cheating people

  47. Thomas Owens on February 23, 2022 at 12:15 am

Weight !!?? Review is a bit pointless sorry to say.

  48. Dragon Lair on February 23, 2022 at 12:16 am

you forgot one of the most important characteristics: weight capacity. For chairs, it is the first number I look for.

  49. Carlos Urdaneta on February 23, 2022 at 12:19 am

    Good Comparison video.
