But, can these points be translated to entry-level, manual-labor, jobs. If not, are these the 60% who are unhappy with their jobs?

There are some things presented here in an idealistic manner that generalizes far too much for specific application.

We’re in a world that doesn’t value long job tenure as much as it did in previous generations.

The key is to spend your time improving your recruitment, hiring, and training to weather the ups and downs of motivation and morale.

No company can control it all. And at the end of the day employees are either going to be productive or unproductive. Some will be happy. Others will not. Regardless, Treat everyone how you wish to be treated and don’t wast your time trying to make everyone happy.

Be the boss. That means nobody is going to love you. But hopefully you get a few that look up to you.

(Boats in the heart of the desert)

The relationship that arises from grabbing the mistakes of others is that of a bad person in a sleeping society

    How does society sleep?

It is not so much a bed sleep as it is a deep mental sleep

Because the proliferation of grudges and denunciations leads to a lack of sense of the full responsibility of the sane person towards his colleagues, family, surroundings and environment.

And that is the worst situation a sane person can find himself in.
So how much has a society developed in a time of human setback and insensitivity to the pain of others?

There will be no financial, cultural, literary, industrial, health or security development either

Because the society that sees an obstacle lying on the path that leads to success, and does not lift the obstacle out of the safe path, is a society without conscience, and conscience is the first to be judged heavenly

Shall we bite, consider and do the good work for this generation and for those to come?
It is not the duty of the wise to obey the speech of the traitorous soul, but it is their duty to show mercy and advise each other

This will only be possible through cultural cafes, general guidance camps, or lecture halls

In order for everyone to confront everyone to convey the lively and polite discussion image without entering into verbal arguments with the aim of coming up with permanent solutions and not temporary solutions.
What falls under the umbrella of paramount importance is the mind and the issue of maintaining awareness in light of all these media storms that seek to uproot the constants of the real mind for the sake of the dead conscience.

  17. Eva Lee on December 22, 2022 at 1:52 am

This is too ideal and I totally agree with everyone of them. However, the reality is not the same as everyone hope for. The employers do not trust you or respect because you are lower in rank than them. The one on top didn’t want to listen to you because your opinions won’t matter even though we have team meeting everyday, 2x per day. And lastly, whenever someone tries to transfer, they magically get disciplines for some rumors of complaints without investigating or listening to both sides of the story. So you end up staying in that unit years after years, consecutively.

Next week will be my last one at the place I work at. I’ve been working for two years there and now , watching this video because i want to understand, learn and to establish some connections
about some things, i realise once again that maybe it was a good decision to leave this pleace. Not all people are bad, but when an authoraty doesn’t know how to behave with the employees, it is very hard and exhausting to want to be at this place.

  20. Mark Clift on December 22, 2022 at 1:57 am

Okay. This sounds great, but how do I get management at where I work to even begin to follow these guidelines?

  21. crow13b on December 22, 2022 at 1:59 am

Listening is one big issue at my workplace.
One person says an idea or gives some feedback and it gets wrecked and ignored.
Another person says the exact same thing and bosses act like it’s a mind blowing epiphany.
Not all employees have the same credibility in their eyes.

  24. nottoberemembered on December 22, 2022 at 2:00 am

Nice video, but it’s frustrating to see this and then think of Amazon, a company famous for treating its staff terribly. And I’m sure there’s many other profitable companies like that. What annoys me most is that Jeff Bezos gets an entire section on his Wiki dedicated to his ‘philanthropy’, but he only gets to be ‘charitable’ by being a greedy SOB.

  25. Rainbow Crow on December 22, 2022 at 2:01 am

"Do whatever you think is right when servicing the Customer" Thanks much Boss for letting me d o and show best to Bring that company on Higher levels. I learned Lots of softskills all over years to make people feel understood, heared, treated well. It Looks different from what most learned. Every Customer / Team Connection shall BE treated Like a good longtherm relationship. WHO got the time to really listen and Take Care of those in Front of you?

We and all the great companies should watch this video!
Trust and respect are fundamental, this is the basis for everything.
Fairness, if you don’t have this sense you will probably lose admiration of people – therefore, fairness come in order of trust and respect.
Listening, I have to say: this is one of the biggest reasons people become disappointed, when you feel you’re just another one at work. Be truly interested in people, with your co-workers.
If you understand these ideas and trust in that you will certainly turns the environment more healthy.

Guys, try to practice these ideas and be the change!

It IS about high, sustainable, and growing compensation. When pay is perceived as too low, it becomes the only consideration. When it is sufficiently high, it disappears as a subject of focus. Then and only then can you attack the 3 universal elements of human motivation: autonomy, mastery, and purpose. Trust, Skills Development, and Clear, Impactful Vision. Violate any one of these 3 and nothing else you do will make any sustainable difference at all.

Many people that run companies lack compassion and communication when it comes to their employees. They lack management skills. The main focus is money. A happy well rounded employee will always make you money. Take care of them and they will take care of you. Let them do their job.

This was a great video! Short however so sweet. It’s exactly why I am quitting my job to start my own company. A company is only as good as it’s employees and when you patronize or ignore your employees, well let’s just say I’m not going to give 100 percent to someone who doesn’t have the slightest care to as what I think especially when I’m the one doing all the work. Once I get my license and put my resignation in, I’m going to send my employer this video for the reason why I quit. I work, soon will be worked for a roofing and siding contractor, out of 18 employees I am the only American and the only bilingual English-Spanish speaking employee(boss Russian and English speaking) and once I get my license I have no doubt all his Spanish speaking employees will not hesitate to jump ship. Thank you Special Places of Ocean City, NJ you’ve taught me a lot about trust and now I will teach you a lesson in respect!,,

I have been working for only two months at a company and now I am leaving because my superiors at work don’t listen. The only thing I am expected to do as an employee is perform tasks perfectly but the conditions for doing these are rarely provided. They don’t care about the hardships I go through they only want results and that’s why I am resigning.

I HATE the control the company desires to have over me. They won’t allow to work from home when I feel a bit sick, they won’t allow me to do the job as I feel like doing it, they Mikromanage and they expect exceptional results while they are underpaying me for the job I do.

  48. NGC on December 22, 2022 at 2:28 am

Great! I feel like the companies need to care more about people, cause if their jobs give them a good quality of life these people can help them to earn more money, it’s a fair exchange.
