TV box: Cover it with a graphic contact paper and put it behind the TV against the wall. Hide all the cords and cables in the box itself by snaking them thru the bottom flaps. It’ll muffle the sound and improve the acoustics as well.

You did such a great job with your apartment. It looks great. Good for you.

  3. Katherine Bopp on December 28, 2022 at 2:30 am

Great job on your apartment. I have seen many, many, many NY. Tiny apartments. Yours is Number One. I have way too much stuff, and I love space saving tips.

Absolutely agree on purchasing; but not throwing out, the TV shipping/moving box. Well, worth the extra (1 time) expense.

Do you have an extra afghan, colored sheet or blanket? Leave plane or put your stuffed animal on top. Fake plant(s). Purse display (like art).

Nothing that you don’t already have or couldn’t use again in another place (fake plants). Can’t really get the box wet.

I feel you on the box!.

I will never complain about my 300m2 home again.

  6. LaLa on December 28, 2022 at 2:32 am

Sorry if its been mentioned, but you could break down the box and have it standing behind your headboard and tapestry, no one would ever see it and you wont trip on it under your bed. 🙂 cute place!

  7. EonBlue on December 28, 2022 at 2:33 am

Throw that box away, girl. Let it gooooo. 😝

  8. Nancy on December 28, 2022 at 2:34 am

  9. N F on December 28, 2022 at 2:34 am

Alexa no, hahahaha so good. I love your window desk workspace! So bright. Also not sure if this would work but could you fit the tv box under your bed? Thanks for the tour. Such a cute apt!

  10. Brenda Thompson on December 28, 2022 at 2:35 am

It looks really nice, love it!

  11. mikeylorene on December 28, 2022 at 2:37 am

Another idea for your TV box: Cover with contact paper of your choice fitting your decor- it will look like a built-in on the wall- turn the box so the open end is easily accessible and use for storage for large flat items, etc.. Can also drape box with material if contact paper is not an option. You can probably store fold-up chairs in there or folding tables, canvases, pictures, etc.

Omg the fact that ur 5’2” and you can reach the cabinet above the fridge.
I mean obviously it’s a sacrifice in fridge space but I actually love that because I’m used to that cabinet being where you put things you barely use and you need a stool to get to.

  13. Deborah Huffman on December 28, 2022 at 2:39 am

Agree with you on the large closet space and smaller kitchen. Love the tapestry behind the bed. Nice apt great decorating price but price ugggg.

  14. Nicole Cerra on December 28, 2022 at 2:43 am

Nothing will get that off the mirror ,,,it has to be resilvered from behind.

  15. S Hess on December 28, 2022 at 2:43 am

You could wrap the tv box in fabric or wrapping paper or something fun and creative

  16. Jodie Hunt on December 28, 2022 at 2:44 am

  18. SG on December 28, 2022 at 2:46 am

Low 2 grand range for a studio- damn. Crazy expensive. 😔

    Anna is beautiful

  20. Jean Hirsch on December 28, 2022 at 2:48 am

Consider covering your tv box with fabric draped over it.

  21. Kelice Agosto on December 28, 2022 at 2:49 am

Thanks for the video. You have a lot of vertical space that you can utilize for storage and organization. Lovely apartment!

  22. lemoncreampuff on December 28, 2022 at 2:49 am

Hide the box under your bed or behind your dresser/tv stand?

  23. Brit S on December 28, 2022 at 2:51 am

What kind of work do you do? I am trying to rent a $1100/month studio and it isn’t nearly as pretty, and it is 25 mins from the city, but I know I will need to look for some better work and I’m only just waitressing and going to school. Are you trying to save for a home or are you happy renting and what kind of work do you do to afford such a gem in new york, if you don’t mind the question?

  24. Lisa C. Perry on December 28, 2022 at 2:51 am

The apartment looks bigger then 300 sqt feet. Lovely tho.

  25. Y. Byrd on December 28, 2022 at 2:51 am

  27. Jasleen Raj on December 28, 2022 at 2:54 am

Hi! This is a really nice apartment! I was wondering what leasing requirements are like if you’re a grad student or do landlords generally work with you if you don’t have proper income since you’re technically still a student?

    BEAUTIFUL HOME GREAT JOB !

  30. Khadijah A. on December 28, 2022 at 3:03 am

Hey Anna! Thanks for showing us your apartment. Unfortunately it was difficult to view your space. It might be helpful if you hold the camera 🎥 while you are recording as oppose to positioning your camera in “one” spot and talking us through what you have. Just a suggestion…

  31. Lora J. on December 28, 2022 at 3:03 am

    $2,000 for a studio? Dear Lord…. Never would I ever. #Highwayrobbery

  33. John H. Winters Jr. on December 28, 2022 at 3:07 am

I like the way you divided the space to make this studio apartment have more living areas👍. Much happiness and success to you 😇🙏!!!

  34. Michael on December 28, 2022 at 3:08 am

    nice.

  35. Nicole Roy on December 28, 2022 at 3:08 am

    Very nice space

  36. Jennifer Wolf on December 28, 2022 at 3:10 am

Have you ever experienced any paranormal activity in this apartment? The reason I ask is because of the mark on your moms mirror, the camera malfunction, and Alexa doing her own thing.

  37. radiantchristina on December 28, 2022 at 3:11 am

Nice place! You could wrap that tv box in some sort of fabric and put little plants on it 😊

  38. Jan Carlson on December 28, 2022 at 3:12 am

Very cute apt!! I’m obsessed with looking at NYC apts. Your set up is nice too and love your rugs!!

  39. Paris Outside My Front Door on December 28, 2022 at 3:12 am

Wow. My studio in the center of Paris is similarly layed out, basically the same size, and has an elevator. It’s 1250 euros. We don’t have a concierge or a laundry area. We have our own washers. Anyway, I’m really surprised at the cost disparity! Cute apartment, though, and you’ve inspired some design ideas for me. Thanks!

  40. DesertAngelFish on December 28, 2022 at 3:13 am

If that box doesn’t fit under the bed. Wrap it in some wrapping paper or fabric and hang it on the wall like it’s a work of art above the place in the floor that it’s sitting.

  41. AnnaM on December 28, 2022 at 3:14 am

Thank you everyone who suggested the vinegar mix to de-cloud the mirror! It worked wonders!

  42. Italian mermaid on December 28, 2022 at 3:14 am

Try dry newspaper on your mirror, it will come clean.

  43. Adore Ivette on December 28, 2022 at 3:16 am

Make a cover for the cart in bathroom. Or a cheap shower curtain you can cut down with the holes you either use some hooks or elastic. But I understand, I hate anything near my toilet

  44. Tiger Lily on December 28, 2022 at 3:19 am

Small is great. And apartments in mountain view CA can cost $3,000 for a studio if new building. Yikes!

  45. Alexandra4real on December 28, 2022 at 3:20 am

$2k in monthly rent for a 300 square ft apartment?! I thought the pandemic would’ve dropped it lower.

  46. Roro Hw2018 on December 28, 2022 at 3:21 am

    So so so beautiful

  47. TR D on December 28, 2022 at 3:22 am

You should have edited this before posting. Should have been behind the camera when filming the kitchen.

  48. Alicia on December 28, 2022 at 3:24 am

    Clean it with alcohol

  49. Raquel Lambropoulos on December 28, 2022 at 3:25 am

Anyone can make a large place look great but it takes creativity to pull off a tiny space. To me a tiny space is more inviting especially if you live alone. As an artist that large bare wall by your sofa needs ART. OTHERWISE YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB

  50. carolyne k on December 28, 2022 at 3:26 am
