    Love the car camping stuff!

  2. ForeverSkiing on August 11, 2022 at 4:22 am

Love the car camping vid. I do both car camping and backpacking. It’s nice to see both represented on your channel. The nemo roamers are my favourites for sure. They pack half the size of similar mondoking and exped mattresses, making them much easier to transport. I was considering that nemo tent as well, ended up going with the new North Face Wawona 4p tent.

  3. Kevin Shadrick on August 11, 2022 at 4:23 am

I see the Aurora HighRise Tent looks a lot like a North Face Golden Gate tent, have you ever thought about one of those as they’re 33% lighter and is only $250? The GG is a 4P tent weighing just over 10 lbs and is a 3 season tent. It’s very easy to set up as well. It’s my go to when I’m car camping, but prefer something lighter when hiking (obvi)

Killing it Justin! Happy to see you doing YouTube fun time! Awesome content, will watch 3 more times

I was solo hiking in Arkansas, ran into bigfoot, that’s how i got the idea to produce the Kiamichi beast expedition movie now its on tubitv. so you know i made it out alive.

For the Aurura Highrise, do the windows clip shut or zipper shut? It’s hard to tell online but it looks like it clips shut which I think would bother me, though I don’t know that it should.

  7. Caspian Kai on August 11, 2022 at 4:24 am

NEMO!!!! I got the Roamer Double recently and we used it for a week and it never lost air and was SO comfy and insulating.
Looking at getting the Nemo Aurora 4P too now. How long would you say it takes to set up? I’m also debating the Gazelle T4 but I prefer a traditional tent setup and having some form of vestibule.. (even if its small). The Nemo Wagontop also looks really cool but a bit trickier to set up?

  8. Khelly jane Gentallan on August 11, 2022 at 4:25 am

I like ozark trail loveseat because i feel its comfy and good.

  9. Patrik Cela on August 11, 2022 at 4:29 am

The best tent is the coleman 4 person pop up for 100 bucks

Love that pad, but i am not able to find one with the lenght of 178cm. May I ask where you did find it?

  15. Cody Barnes on August 11, 2022 at 4:36 am

Sleeping system sounds perfect, but that price is probably more than a normal dude like me can put out.

  16. queenanne94101 on August 11, 2022 at 4:39 am

FYI the 4p Aurora tent is on sale for $299 at REI during their current sale. Wahoo! Fun gear video, Justin. Thanks so much. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Wow, Ozark Trail getting a shout out. Never would’ve thought! Haha.

  18. Black Hills Survival on August 11, 2022 at 4:41 am

Car Camping is so fun…I love to spend thousands on gear to go and live like a homeless person for the weekend. hahaha But hey you did add wine and a fire. So Classy Homeless

  19. John Chrysler on August 11, 2022 at 4:41 am

For car camping Iโ€™d much rather do a Coleman Sumdome for $80 than the $400 Nemo. I have two Tensors and the Stargazer chair, which arenโ€™t cheap, but for car camping that tent is pricey. Love your videos. Youโ€™re one of my favorite YouTubers. And I love your Decathalon picks and so on. Your recent trip with the drone was awesome. Keep it up!

  20. RnC Adventures on August 11, 2022 at 4:42 am

Awesome video mate!! highly enjoyed this one ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿ”ฅ

  21. Habitual Line Stepper on August 11, 2022 at 4:43 am

Thank you for showing the โ€œ car campersโ€ some love. I bought that loveseat and pretty much want everything else too mentioned.

  22. Apoc Survival on August 11, 2022 at 4:43 am

Finally, you got the better half in the vids!! I am 100% positive that after this video you were asking yourselves, do you think it’s cheesy? Who knows how much ended up on the editing floor. ๐Ÿ˜† LOL You are great, keep it rolling and do a bloopers reel.

  23. luc davignon on August 11, 2022 at 4:45 am

  24. joeyshev on August 11, 2022 at 4:50 am

Hey Justin, thanks for the rec on that Fire Cube portable fire pit. I snagged one and used it out this weekend with my 4yo. It was the star of the trip. Smores on demand plus I could turn it off to chase down the kid when I needed to. And while I’m here, thanks for all the great content, love the channel.

Cool gear but itโ€™s way better that your making videos with Steph now. Whenโ€™s the mini Justin camping trips coming ๐Ÿ˜‚ . ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ

  27. I'd Rather Be Hiking on August 11, 2022 at 4:55 am

If you’re going car camping, just bring your pillow from home since size and weight aren’t an issue.

  28. George van Rooyen on August 11, 2022 at 4:55 am

Top new Comment you MUST READ in 2022!

@justin I really enjoy your content and videos, but the way you’ve been naming your videos lately is kinda obnoxious to me.

Anyone else here thinking the same thing, or is it just me?

  29. Journey on the Trail on August 11, 2022 at 4:56 am

Awesome car camping gear video! Love seeing these gear load outs as well. Good point on two padsโ€ฆwish I had thought about that before buying a new double. We just got the Aurora 6P In the mail this week and canโ€™t wait to try this weekend.

  33. Daniel Laroche on August 11, 2022 at 5:03 am

Justin buddy… I love your videos but you gotta turn it down with these thumbnails. The expressions are so silly I don’t want to watch the video.
    Still love your videos tho.

  34. Ivaylo Ivanov on August 11, 2022 at 5:03 am

    Great video!

I picked up a Roamer pad this week. At $190 on sale at REI right now, it’s not too bad for what it is. Can’t wait to use it this upcoming weekend.

The sleeping bags seem to not be as good value. $300 for a 30 degree synthetic bag is quite a bit…

I would LOVE to be able to go camping. I am a Disabled Desert Storm Veteran and the wife and I actually got married at a huge camp ground in our area. The problem is getting up. I tried putting a fold out camping bed in our tent but the way the walls were it did not work. We had Teton sports XL cots, while they were very comfortable they were too low to the ground so we ended up getting rid of those. We haven’t been camping since because we have not found a set up that works. A trailer is an option but usually really expensive and more gas.

  48. Jean Dumford on August 11, 2022 at 5:17 am

If you go with the silicone collapsible bowls & mugs and use them daily as a full timer does, expect to replace them every 6 to 12 months

  49. THEUPSTAIRS100 on August 11, 2022 at 5:18 am

You are already committed with a 15 lb. tent, just use a real pilllow and you have a cup holder for your double insulated travel mug, no need for your cup to collapse ๐Ÿ™‚
