I have stock piled videos from you, so I can relax with a glass or wine and reflect on your content when my life slows down to allow it. So, I’m tardy to the party. But I’m never afraid to be tardy to party, so…here I’m here now, in my own time. Thank you, Sophie (and Ollie and team) for this lovely video. Clearly, you and your team — and your wonderful clients — are creating beautiful spaces for us all to consider. How lucky we all are to be invited into the thought process.

Sophie! What a truly beautiful video. I find your films so inspirational. You seem to have the knack of showing what we can achieve in our homes without overwhelming us! Your videos are fun and yet calming. Thankyou!

I just now got a chance to watch your video, and I love all of the gorgeous rooms you shared with us. You have impeccable taste in decorating! Your home is beautiful and stunning. I only wish you were located in the US. I have learned a lot from watching your videos, which have helped me with my design dilemmas to create a home that is comfortable along with cohesive design in my small condo. Keep your wonderful videos coming ❣️❤️😊

The organic shapes furniture has been around for a while, in eclectic interiors (especially French chic), but they are making a sweeping statement this year. I am all here for it. I saw a stunning mixed media brass table by Pierre Bonnefille at Collect 23, which had you signature style all over it.

I love the way you used marble as shelves. I have seen it used as skirting board and even door frame and to clad arches (zoning a large space).
I love that complex flooring are making a huge come back, it is a true sign of opulence.
Sophie every time I watch you I just want to design, and every time I listen to you I want to hang out and talk design. Thank you for sharing your work with us.

Such a helpful, interesting video. Thank you, Sophie. I’m sorry to hear of the sad loss of Fenella, she was far too young. Her work is lovely. I’m currently experimenting with textured art and I’m making a picture with gyproc joint compound and wanted to somehow incorporate the shape of the River Thames at the Isle of Dogs (where I was born) and Lo and behold Fenella’s pebble art that you showed with the shape of the Thames is exactly what I was imagining!

  20. Debra Phillips on March 31, 2023 at 10:25 am

    Love the video. Thank you.

  21. Gina Salib on March 31, 2023 at 10:25 am

Thank you so much for sharing Sophie. I’m in the process of styling my own home and wanted to have an olive tree inside however so many people have said to me that they are not an indoor plant and it won’t survive. What are your thoughts? I know you have used olive trees in some of your projects

  22. Huub Joan Franssen on March 31, 2023 at 10:25 am

Regarding Air. Maybe a weird idea, but in a modern setting reset ceiling lighting tracks are common place. Is it not possible to hide ventilation-access panels? Especially when the tracks are black.

  23. Tim Treadway on March 31, 2023 at 10:26 am

I’m so glad that grey is out. I just painted all my walls accessible beige by Sherwin-Williams 7036. This one is light and airy if you don’t want to go dark. Because beige is the new color for 2023. Love it!

  24. darkeden on March 31, 2023 at 10:26 am

    Beautiful❤

  25. Dawna Scharff on March 31, 2023 at 10:27 am

This is the best, most thoughtful, 2023 trends video I’ve seen for designing a luxury home. So many lovely, timeless choices that I could live with for a lifetime. Thank you Sophie for bringing us on this lovely journey.

  26. Jacqueline Archer on March 31, 2023 at 10:27 am

Oh please let round dining tables come back,..when I wanted one for my small dining room with a large curved bay window ..I was laughed out of every shop….like clothing we want want works ..not what shops dictate is fashion.
    Great video

  28. CRIZZLE MAY on March 31, 2023 at 10:31 am

@ 20:51 that side shot of the pillow with the chair looks like a demon face thought i was trippin for a min 😂 😂 😂

I like the designs though, especially the kitchen with the marble stovetop surrounding

  29. Jane Comfort on March 31, 2023 at 10:32 am

Thank you so much for such inspiring videos. Each video shows your graciousness and desire for all of us to have beautiful homes. As I renovate my new townhome in Charleston, South Carolina, I have one quick question. My new living space is open concept with hardwood floors throughout. I will designate a "living space" and "dining space" with furniture configuration. I want to incorporate rugs in both spaces. Should the two rugs be identical or should they complement each other with texture and color? Thank you in advance for your responding to my question.

  30. Dandan Lu on March 31, 2023 at 10:32 am

Hi Sophie, could you let me know where I can get the metal textured art that you used in Mayfair? That’s something exactly what I’m looking for.

  31. Nebula Orion on March 31, 2023 at 10:35 am

I may be daft but how do you clean/dust the textured art?! I would love to create some myself, but I live in Southern Colorado which is dry and dusty and I fear it would turn into something less than luxury after a few months.

  32. Kimberley M on March 31, 2023 at 10:36 am

Thank you for this video, it was very timely! I so love your videos, you’re always calm and clear in your explanations. We’re renovating a 1970s architectural bungalow (this is a thing apparently!) and will be starting on our master bedroom later this year. I’m not into the 70s at all and I love a more elegant rustic but still sexy feel. The Limewash paint in a taupe and Versailles pattern floor mixed with bronze and black accents might be the way forward without killing the bungalow vibe altogether.

  33. Anzhela A. Davtyan on March 31, 2023 at 10:36 am

Very interesting and informative!! Thank you, Sophie. Greetings from Los Angeles 💕

  34. Iceprincess one on March 31, 2023 at 10:37 am

I predict those organic form of furniture will be out dated with in 5 years or even less. This is a fad and when everybody has it, it gets outdated quickly. Loved everything else.

  35. HENDRA GORDEN on March 31, 2023 at 10:38 am

Sangat bagus sekali interiornya terima kasih sudah berbagi info

  36. kate forsyth on March 31, 2023 at 10:39 am

I hate trends but LOVED ❤this video. So chic and easy to incorporate.

  37. Julia Read Scottish Piper and Harpist on March 31, 2023 at 10:39 am

Thank you so much Sophie for doing these videos. They must take a lot of time and planning, so I just wanted to put out there how much I appreciate all that effort. I dip in and out of your videos in between work and household chores, and I grab myself a coffee. I know you aren’t in my living room chatting to me, but it feels a little bit like that – like I’m sitting down with a (very classy and sophisticated) friend who really wants to help me get my decor in order. Thankyou.

  38. Maria Barradas on March 31, 2023 at 10:39 am

Sorry but the organic shapes went out for a reason and will go out soon again, homes, unless you have a ballroom size room, homes are not conducent to have that curved furniture, nothing will surpass a tuxedo style couch and a timeless coffee table but hey, go for it while it lasts.

  39. Born Into Cluster B on March 31, 2023 at 10:39 am

Great video!! The round chandeliers you used in Chelsea – are those custom? 🤩🤩😍😍

  40. Richard Martin Jr on March 31, 2023 at 10:40 am

so nice to see a current working design professional …who is creating beautiful work with her team of artisans❤ …YES we would love to see a video of that masterclass Olive Tree foyer 😍

  41. Lo Lo on March 31, 2023 at 10:41 am

No to the textured art! How do you dust/clean it and will be out of style after awhile, as cheap knock offs will tire the look. The artist you featured is talented though. Adore the parquet floor, my dream floor!

  42. Claudia Mann on March 31, 2023 at 10:41 am

Wow!! What a fabulous video. Thanks for all the wonderful information and beautiful photos. Love the new trends.

  43. Status Check on March 31, 2023 at 10:41 am

Lots of organic shapes, textures and neutrals. TFS!

  44. Cathryn Whitfield on March 31, 2023 at 10:43 am

Loving your videos Sophie look forward to each new one .. my fun thing to enjoy 😊

  45. Merry Walsh on March 31, 2023 at 10:45 am

Best trend video. Sophie, your interiors whisper luxury, they don’t shout, and that is what makes you so special. Ollie gets it, and marries that principal in his beautiful videos.

  46. Carletta Goodrich-Mann on March 31, 2023 at 10:46 am

Simply love all the detailing from the molding to the flooring . thanks for the center stage show rooms . Bold colors and great trends . Thank you for the innovation .
