Congratulations your house, garden and guest house have come along beautifully thanks to both Grant and your ingenuity.
I feel the same about our home, by some people’s standards its nothing special but we’ve made it our own and I love it.
    Tfs & take care 🌹

You have such a beautiful and lovely home! I wish I could be as organized and creative as you. You make it look easy but you’ve created such a wonderful home. I also love Noah’s bedroom with those big windows!

Very nice tour, and man think need to get you here to de clutter us cause man look at your place and then here and go OH man don’t want to move all this, hahaha Have you ever thought of poured concrete counters? Have seen that and can make look like granite or marble. Tint any shade you want and then just ceil it.

I love your house. You’ve done so well to get it looking like it is on such a tight budget. I found it funny when you said you had a small home, I’d love my home to be as small as yours. That’s British homes for you haha

I am moving to New Zealand next month with my fiance. We are expecting a baby, and looking forward to starting our new family in New Zealand. Your videos have always been so helpful with imagining how much groceries and general living costs are in New Zealand.

You have created a beautiful home and no doubt everywhere you look are many memories of getting it to look like it does now. Thank you for the tour, Jen…that was most gracious of you.

Your home is so bright and organized! It reminds me of a beach house. I love the little office nook off the kitchen/dining room. Amazing job!

  19. * on May 23, 2020 at 1:02 am

You all worked so hard and endured and now you get to enjoy the fruits of your hard work! Job well done !

  20. Em Cee on May 23, 2020 at 1:03 am

What an absolutely beautiful home! The fact that you’ve done so much of the work yourself takes it to that next level. Having Grant as a helpmate is also a blessing. You have such a lovely partnership. I’ve always enjoyed the glimpses of your home, but taking this tour pulls it all together. Your home is a beautiful reflection of who you are and the love your family shares for each other. Thank you for the tour. Now please hop on a plane and come stay with me for a few months and help me with a re-do of mine! πŸ˜‰

I found you on your view of New Zealand which was so interesting. We always wanted to come to NZ but ended up in Israel. I am a fellow South African and now a subscriber. πŸ˜€

  23. Nomad Downunder on May 23, 2020 at 1:08 am

I love your home. Very similar to my home that was built in the 1950’s. Wooden floor and rustic. Small but homy and practical. Couldn’t ask for more. Everything that I need for a home. Thanks for the tour.

  24. Peter Pain on May 23, 2020 at 1:08 am

Thanks for sharing. Gave me some ideas to tinker with things rather than spending money πŸ˜‰ Creativity on a budget! Love your home.

A tad unrelated, but I like how you resolved the intro! I am one of the few who finds that music style overused/rated, but I can definitely handle it in small quantities xP

  26. Jill Troy on May 23, 2020 at 1:09 am

Jen I love your home. I love how neat and organised it is and decorated I love that you make the most of what you have. As much as we would all love a brand new home we can’t all afford it I should be more like you and make the most out of what we have. I hope that makes sense. Oh and I really want to check out the warehouse.. Jill x

Beautiful and clutter free πŸ’“ i love your wood flooring.

  36. skyhighdreaming on May 23, 2020 at 1:19 am

Such a lovely home! Really enjoyed this, especially since you also included where you bought most of your furniture. Did you find when flat packing your Ikea stuff and rebuilding it in NZ it was not as robust as it once was? Or has it been fine?

  37. Riordan Parata on May 23, 2020 at 1:26 am

I notice your house has central heating

  38. Sow AG on May 23, 2020 at 1:27 am
