3350? Do new yorkers take up loans to cover living expenses or something?

  2. Matt Tromba on July 2, 2022 at 1:04 am

This apartment is the reason my high school didn’t have enough money in the budget for ceilings.

  3. Frodo Teabaggings on July 2, 2022 at 1:05 am

Greenpoint is where the most awkward people live.

  4. malte on July 2, 2022 at 1:06 am

  7. philip chief on July 2, 2022 at 1:08 am

  8. Meg on July 2, 2022 at 1:08 am

  9. lin puype on July 2, 2022 at 1:09 am

the apartment is beautiful, but in my country, you can live in 4 bedroom spacious apartment for that price

  10. ali al rashed on July 2, 2022 at 1:10 am

    umm l live in a 5 bedroom house that’s 2,400

  11. Monica Ramirez on July 2, 2022 at 1:12 am

oof I wish greenpoint was this price still. Everything is 4k and up now, not much below that with space like this.

  12. Mesolagic on July 2, 2022 at 1:13 am

This is such a beautiful portrayal of organize chaos. The balance of wood, plants, reclaimed furniture, art, etc. It’s just such a beautiful space and I’m so happy to see people like her transform these little boxes into actual works of art. Great video!

  13. cassiopée strée-villa on July 2, 2022 at 1:13 am

I wish my bedroom had this kind of vibe 😩

  14. Gavin Mc Cabe on July 2, 2022 at 1:14 am

Beautiful apartment and well put together video. There is a add on to the history. The previous polish population has dropped from 75 percent to 10 percent due to skyrocketing rent prices. many moved to queens and some left America to return to Europe. Gentrification strikes again. Also, the previous working class residents were once plagued with dangerous chemical leaks from local industrial plants. Once this was eventually cleaned there was a huge surge in construction and investment in the area. Thus the older residents were priced out and many had to leave and the newer, more affluent residents moved into a now safer area. It happens over and over. The poor are left to suffer. The rich get all the benefits.

Cool apartment but that price is ridiculous. people like her is what’s making my live ability in Brooklyn where I lived since I was born, very hard. This price isn’t normal.

  16. Kaylee on July 2, 2022 at 1:16 am

  17. Jackson Brown on July 2, 2022 at 1:17 am

  20. Nicholas Chan on July 2, 2022 at 1:20 am

organised chaos and cluttered in a zen way. I love it. That’s me. I have so many weird and interesting stuff around the house. I struggle to live minimalist. Everything has a story for me.

  21. Sarita on July 2, 2022 at 1:21 am

    this is cluttered

  22. Astrohype Pinkblackvivi on July 2, 2022 at 1:25 am

Very beautiful home design. I wonder if Jess have Pisces rising? I know she has Gemini sun as she stated. I am also doing astrology on Youtube. I live in Brooklyn and I am originally Vietnamese with Japanese descendant. I also self taught about interior design & photography since the pandemic now. The video is relaxing to watch!

I was blown away by the prices of apartments in NY. In Italy I don’t even earn $ 3,350, if I get to $ 1,700 a month that’s already a lot (I work in an office). My city apartment of about 210,000 people is $ 450 for a month. I could never pay $ 3,000 rent for an apartment. At this point with 3000 $ a month I buy the house and in 10 years I pay for it and it is mine forever 🤣🤣

  24. logan on July 2, 2022 at 1:27 am

whats the song in the beginning?

  25. GlobalMiles on July 2, 2022 at 1:29 am

Did we really need to pixelate a flash of side boob? So American. ; (

  26. Crafting With Charm on July 2, 2022 at 1:29 am

Wow that’s a bad ass apartment, love the way it’s decorated & all the plants🪴

  27. Hubert Gawronski on July 2, 2022 at 1:31 am

I mean 3,500 gets you a house anywhere else. I live in NYC and the pricing here is not a " STEAL" its highway robbery compared to the rest of the country. I get NYC is dope but price wise its a joke.

  28. K- on July 2, 2022 at 1:32 am

Am I the only one feeling claustrophobic?

  29. cam on July 2, 2022 at 1:33 am

jess, you are a gentrifier lmao this is literally disgusting and shows what non Black or brown people have done to Black and brown people in Black and brown neighborhoods. you’re displacing natives who are poor. and i’m so tired of straight women calling their regular ass boyfriends their partners like

  30. E V on July 2, 2022 at 1:33 am

3500 is not a steal especially with no stainless steel appliances and janky roof, im sorry lol. Gorgeous home though! <3 🙂

My favourite thing on hipster videos is scrolling through the comment section and laughing with pleasure at that first paragraph that regurgitates all the CRT-intersectionist-neo-Marxist talking points. Every single video has that first agitator, that socially awkward keyboard warrior good little woke student parroting received wisdom and delivering their sanctimonious invective with a haughty kind of self-satisfied hubristic tone. It’s brilliant, I always screen shot these and add them to my ‘special folder’ if they are stupendously stupid and full of vitriol to boot. Boy am I glad I’m not a 22 year old dork anymore– and thank the heavens the internet wasn’t a big thing when I was in my teens and early 20’s. Phew! A close call.

  32. KingGhostly on July 2, 2022 at 1:38 am

I’ve been thinking about moving to new york for a while and actually started doing research on places , but I started to second guess myself and started wondering if it was really the right thing to do , so I’m like 100% sure this is a sign that I should do it.

  33. NotAHouseMouse on July 2, 2022 at 1:39 am

    This is a dusting nightmare!

  34. Elizabee on July 2, 2022 at 1:40 am

    Now this is cool!

  35. Sid jones on July 2, 2022 at 1:40 am

its basically an urban outfitters store on steroids lol

  36. Moodyqueenqueen Moodyqueenqueen on July 2, 2022 at 1:41 am

    Such a cool space

  37. Isabelle on July 2, 2022 at 1:42 am

    gentrification

  38. Deb B on July 2, 2022 at 1:43 am

I’d love to see this space completely empty/without the furniture and decor. You’ve done a beautiful job decorating and making it yours!

  39. Ryanne Brown on July 2, 2022 at 1:45 am

you have to really be desperate to live in New York to pay this much for a place with things that aren’t working or broken lol

  40. Lexi S on July 2, 2022 at 1:47 am

    she rich rich omfg

  41. Lev on July 2, 2022 at 1:47 am

Her poor partner has to fit in between where her clothes live and where she puts them on!

  42. Grace Brown on July 2, 2022 at 1:48 am

I’m sorry what??? That small apartment is $3350 American dollars a month?!!!!!

    Are you serious?!!! Three thousand?!!!

  43. Chef Tee on July 2, 2022 at 1:49 am

She called the price of the apt a steal!!??? Born and raised in nyc and no boo that’s not gonna

  44. Jassi J on July 2, 2022 at 1:49 am

It’s beautiful but knowing my clumsy self I would end up falling either on the steps or the second floor trying to water the plants…

  45. A. Abraham on July 2, 2022 at 1:50 am

    Is this price per month?

  46. Erica Saphire on July 2, 2022 at 1:53 am

She is walking art. She reminds me so much of a friend I have. I have to share this video with her.

  47. C on July 2, 2022 at 1:53 am

I’m from NYC, not Greenpoint, but it’s still shocking to me that someone would pay 3,350 for a place that has leaks. If I was paying that amount the space better be on point! Still a very nice space otherwise

  48. haleigh on July 2, 2022 at 1:56 am

this apartment is a near perfect display of maximalism

  49. Naomi Vernon on July 2, 2022 at 1:58 am

I love Greenpoint, this woman and her loft!! Greenpoint is amazing, I actually just spent the day there today!! And I hope you can make more videos from Greenpoint 😍🙏

  50. Sophia Bachar on July 2, 2022 at 1:59 am

where was any personality from their partner? I feel like she dominated the whole space
