Back in February, BEFORE THE COVID SHUTDOWN, I pointed the steering wheel east and headed for Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons National Park in Wyoming. I had a craving for getting back out to nature and shooting some landscape photography and some extreme cold winter weather that the region is known for. My gf thinks that you over cook that shrimp too much
Burned butter and garlic, bet that steak was a real downer? Bitter and burned tasting even if you cooked it rare. Next cook, try to not overheat the pan before adding butter. Or swap butter for ie avocado oil, it takes the heat without turning bitter and burned tasting. Also, be careful not to overheat garlic, it ruins the taste, it goes so quickly.

Jackson hole is amazing! I hope you went and saw the elk herds, magnificent! Also, Thermopolis is near there if you need some relaxing, great thermal springs! They have a public bath house that you can go to in order to enjoy this without renting a hotel. Nothing like being in a hot tub, or hot swimming pool while watching the snow fall around you, while you are outside. And if you go to Thermopolis, check out the park, deer just graze there randomly, they don’t even run from your! And you’ll see rivers with steam coming off because they’re hot. It’s an amazing place. Safe travels! Love your channel!
