Hi, I’m about to hire a professional to install a SPC flooring. One company suggested I use Revolutions Mills’s product. The other suggested Chesapeak product. They are both SPC. Since I don’t have much knowledge about these product’s disadvantages, issue, or defects, I can’t seem to make the decision. I am a business owner of a flooring company specializing and hardwood and vinyl I know about these products they are mainly home depot brand and these products are not good flooring to install I am not putting Controversial comment out there I am only saying this because I know the products and I have been searching for good products for years from distributor to distributor to distributor and the best flooring that is out there is diamond surfaces Shaw flooring and Armstrong And cali bamboo those are the 4 most best floorings that you can put out there but I push diamond and cali bamboo products more than anything because of their tongues and groove systems. And there wear layers and their lifetime guarantee warranties and they take their product very serious unlike home depot based products.
I have had to Help customers with insurance claims on home depot based flooring products and they do not hold their warrantees correctly for example when you go to home depot you can get life proof vinyl luxury planks if you really read their warranty it is only for foot traffic nothing else they do not truly hold their warrantees correctly they’re terrible warranty
If you are looking for vinyl flooring it would be in best interest for you to hire a professional and do the research of all flooring companies and see the differences and don’t go cheap you get what you pay for that is the biggest thing that you need to remember
And it is never good to have a Vinyl/laminate core flooring it is great for scratches and durability but it is terrible for water do not listen to anyone saying that there laminate vinyl planks are 100% waterproof because it is just not true

Stay away from Dark Brown … shows all the dust, marks and your constantly washing, Hated it! 1 Box = 24 sq ft. Ruffly…..🤔
