I used to call them design boards for my clients
Where did you get the cabinets under the large round mirror? Love them! Great tips! ❤
So helpful! Going to try a mood board and now new subscriber! Thank you!
The red CHECK MARKS are throwing me off! Haha! I don’t know if it is a Go or Don’t do it
You look amazing and thanks for all the ideas!!
Thank you for the tips in this video! The only thing I would change would be using green checkboxes and checks instead of red. Green says, "Go!" Red says, "Stop!"
Thank you. Excellent ideas and advice….and so well articulated!!!
I have a normal home, a two bedroom home and my living room has only one window, it looks dark. And I just saw your video…any recommendation on how to make my living room lighter. I’m a guy and I live on my own with my cat. And I like having my home looking nice but Im having trouble with my dark living room😢

Could you do something about lighting? I am furnishing an entire home and am overwhelmed. My husband wants to make the living room completely symmetrical, with 2 identical floor lamps on either side. I’m not sure. Thanks!
Hi! Love the mint green fridge! Can you let us know the brand, please?
Wonderful ideas.
Where are the candlestick behind you from?
I love this video 😍❤️💗👍
Thank you for simplifying decorating. With my home I have too much stuff. I am going to put to work all your ideas by having a plan of color, removing what doesn’t look right and move forward. What might work for me is to take pictures before I start and during the process. It will be a slow process, I’m not in a big rush at all. Have a wonderful day.
Congratulations on your mood board course! I love when I hear a person has been able to make their dreams come true. I love your videos!!
Here from Cambria’s channel
your curtains are hung too low
Just love this channel and I hope you don’t mind that I share most your videos to my Pinterest📌📌boards under the name of Cheryl-Ann📌 and your videos are on the board, “chic budget decor“. Of course, full credit goes to you and your videos, I simply post them. I hope you don’t mind and I can share with you the analytics once I get more active again as I usually get quite a few views, (around half 1 million) especially from North America (including Canada), thanks for your wonderful uploads, I hope I can keep doing it for a long time to come.
Cheers and best wishes from Australia.🙋🏻♀️🇦🇺
Change the refrigerator door’s swing! So while the door’s is open you can put stuff on the counter. Or take from the counter to put in the refrigerator!
Why flight the wall next to the refridgerator???!!!
Very helpful video!
Hello, I’m looking forward to using the canva, I was wondering if you had a link for the rug or where I could purchase the rug in your primary bedroom.
❤
I don’t see the area to buy the template mood board and other ideas???
Just found your channel. Thanks for these ideas. Will be watching more of your past videos!
I love that mint-pastel green kitchen! My family has a genetic illness & my children are seriously affected. It is so important for them to have a calming home environment. I have a base of cream/ivory/white & am working on adding subtle colors of blue, green, orange (orange is the happiest of colors that was scientifically studied – subtle not harsh or highlighter – neon orange). Adding subtle colors against a warm white-cream base is actually just as impactful as adding “pops” of hard colors. I also think a bit of black really helps ground a space. I’ve used it in metal table/chair legs & a blanket throw or pillow here & there. I only use matte black metals & never a shiny/gloss black which is far to jarring. You are very talented! Thanks!❤
We are renovating our 1975 ranch home, basically winging it ourselves, and finding a kitchen cabinet planner like IKEA planner was a game changer. It sounds like your "mood board" approach is what I’ve been needing for the rest of the design. Thank you, glad I stumbled on this vid!
I’ve been following you for a long time and love your style and your content!! I have a question. In the very beginning of this video – your intro, on the table behind you, I see a small glass container holding 3 gold “sticks” (not sure what they are) with a light at the top. Are they candles of some kind? Where did you get them? Thanks.

Thank you
Don’t we all wish we knew then!
Nothing new here. Lost 16 minutes of my life for nothing…
What are those brass candle things on your table? They’re gorgeous and interesting
These are such great tips! The paint color tip is so relatable. My husband and I had to choose our paint color for our new build before it was finished. I bought samples from Samplize and visited the home while it was under construction to see how they looked in different rooms. We ended up changing our initial choice. I did the same with fabric samples for curtains before making the full purchase. Definitely will be trying out Canva!
You are an inspiration to me. Thanks for such great advice. Love your work!
You are glowing my lovely. Loving your jumper too, great colour.
Thank you for the tips. Still trying to gain confidence!
Great job, thx!
These are all literally the principles of design.
Meg White?
I like your videos they help me and my mom thank you so much 😍💗❤️
Thanks for the great advice. Question do you have a link for the brown wooden accent chairs in your living room 😅
I Really enjoyed this tutorial. Its fun & very inspiring. I like your taste. You have Great ideas. I like to make every room my canvase!
I especially Love the transformation of your tiny lake cottage. You used my favorite color combinations & Im a fan of copper compliments. It looked so open, airy, clean & inviting
Painting the samples on a piece of bristol board is SUCH a good idea! Less damaging/permanent to the walls, and you can label the paints so that you won’t forget which is which (like I usually do haha!) Thanks for the great tip!
This is great! Thank you so much for making this informative and interesting!!
Very good info! Do you mind sharing where the slender candles in the glass jar behind you are from?
You have very good taste. I could actually live very happily in these spaces.
❤❤❤❤❤
I decorated my appartment mainly modern with some retro pieces. I chose white as my main color plus re-ecuring colors, eather colors of nature (green, brown and wood) or black and grey accents.
I inherited a lot of antiques. I love them but I’m always scared I’m going to make my house look dated or to old fashion. Can you do a video on how to make your electric style work? My style is very close to yours… Are there any rules when it comes to showcasing your beautiful old pieces.
Such a coherent and useful video. Congruts!!
Can you tell me where your burning sticks in the back round are from? What are the called
Thank you for the really useful video. I’m watching your channel for the first time and love this video. Could you please say what are those amazing three sticks (maybe metall) that are in the glass and are burning besides you?
Just what I need. Thank you for this comprehensive guide.
