Most important for non city renters, please stop wasting income on renting . Get a starter home or even a trailer ( Bloom Where Youโre Planted) bc at some point its yours!!!! No more lost deposits, rent increase, slum lords, etc. Can always b used as collateral( I wouldnโt) and as the bible states, we should leave an inheritance to our children. Having a place to lay your head is priceless.

#1is so true. Been super bummed bc I was planning on buying my own place, but it was sold out from under me. So still stuck in a tiny, outdated studio. Love to cook, but hard in my Tiny kitchen with less than two feet of counter space with a cabinet comes down really low to boot! Grateful I have a roof over my head bc it’s really cold out. And the rent is super affordable, so maybe I just need to do some renter-friendly upgrades and make it my own. Thanks for the video, it cheered me up!โค
