1910 House Tour
Welcome to the Anchor Maker’s House, set in 1910. Women don’t yet have the vote, there’s a new king on the throne, the first radio broadcast is about to air. But if you’re here in the Black Country, you’re at the heart of the industrial world. From outside toilets to carbolic soap, join our Duty Manager Kev as he takes you on a tour of every day life!
Black Country Living Museum is a 26 acre living museum located in the heart of Dudley, and tells the story of the first industrialised landscape in the country.
In Netherton they made the anchor for the Titanic.
