  2. Harry Ruzgerian on November 18, 2021 at 11:03 am

Our new home is all one cold grey color. It’s time to warm the spaces up! Thank you for all of your help, Miss Lisa!

We just moved into a house that hasn’t been painted in probably 25 years and it’s this color.(the color from the thumbnail)

I really want to paint my entire master bedroom Urbane Bronze. I know it would work beautifully with my furniture and bedding. My bedroom gets lots of natural light. The problem is I’M SCARED! I know an accent wall is nice but I would love all 4 walls painted. Help!

  10. Not Specified on November 18, 2021 at 11:11 am

Agean teal…. swoon. These grounded colours really feel aged Mediterranean for the warmth and feel of a villa of mountain stone and weathered terracotta….. yum

HEY GUYS!!! Let me know what your FAV new color is from this GROOVY new palette for 2021 in the comments below!!!

These’s Rich tones look like they would look amazing with large wood baseboards and hardwood floors.

  13. Craig on November 18, 2021 at 11:17 am

Is this based on what colours the customer wants or which colours the manufacturers want to sell? If this was based upon volume of sales alone, then surely white paint would be the colour of the year every year?

It’s almost Aug, ’21 & Im still seeing mostly grey, black & white minimalism. What happened?

I live in a very large house that I call my treehouse because it’s built within a forest. It has 3 floors of wonderful windows and views. The main living space can kind of be pictured as an very large A-frame with ground to ceiling windows going up into a peak. The side interior walls are knotty pine but the back wall is an open 2 story drywall wall with open railing on the second floor that looks out those same A-frame style windows, it’s like a catwalk. I just recently had the upstairs portion painted a light, soft green (not mint) . My thought process was wanting to reflect back nature. I’ve only just primed the lower 1st floor level and was about to use the same green but I was thinking, would it look bad if I got 1 or 2 shades darker green (it would be one of the 2021 colors) for the bottom level? Or since they are right above and below each other and can be seen at the same time, do I need to keep the color the same for both floors?

  23. Cindy Hayes on November 18, 2021 at 11:30 am

Hell ya girl!! I’m so over the drab flat gray colors and the photos of people’s living rooms that actually look like they are taken in black and white!😜 I enjoy your personality!

  24. Madi L on November 18, 2021 at 11:32 am

I’ve never seen anyone who is so passionate about paint. I love your enthusiasm and really enjoyed watching this video. I’m going to paint my new home with Benjamin Moore 2021 colors!

  25. Brenda Brigham on November 18, 2021 at 11:33 am

What color is on the walls behind you?

  26. Kalonica Mc Questen on November 18, 2021 at 11:33 am

I can’t help feeling i picked these 20 years ago!!! I painted my little SF Victorian apt that Benjamin Moore teal, with foggy morning trim, to match my Tunisian rug and my dads painting of 1950s bicycle kids.

  27. Vintage Hip Decor on November 18, 2021 at 11:34 am

Oh, my gosh, I love color! Things are coming together nicely with my master bathroom makeover, except for the wall color. I’m having such a hard time choosing just the right purple color for a spa feel/look. I’m thinking lighter, muted with gray undertones, but I’m not having any success so far!

  28. Lilly Murphy on November 18, 2021 at 11:34 am

Lisa, we are almost done with a new home build and I will have shutters through, I want to use a white on the walls or a very light coffee color so that the shutters will pop. I was thinking of Benjamin Moore ballet white but what is your advice?

  29. glammie on November 18, 2021 at 11:35 am

Lisa describes colour the way a sommelier describes wine.

  30. Chris Livesay on November 18, 2021 at 11:36 am

The new white that remains largely undiscovered, SW Cold Foam. I painted my trim, walls and ceiling this color. This will be the next go to white for designers and future SW color of the year or my name isn’t Orville Redenbacher

  31. Kristin Saxton on November 18, 2021 at 11:37 am

Thank you for the wonderful video! We love the Aegean Teal so much we are going to paint in on the wall of our bedroom that our wicker headboard goes against. And we are torn as to if we should choose Muslin, Foggy Morning, White Down or some other lovely warm neutral for the remaining 3 walls. Any advice? Thank you! (We live in Florida lol) I LOVE your videos!

  34. Maria Fisher on November 18, 2021 at 11:40 am

I just painted Benjamin Moore Emerald Vapor on my walls and added warm neutral tones. Stunning!

  35. Jean Culbreath on November 18, 2021 at 11:41 am

I’m a Benny Moore girl but that Urbane Bronze is very exciting. Going to have my desk refinished in that color. Woo woo!

  36. Zippy Ustar on November 18, 2021 at 11:41 am

For 27 years I’ve been eliminating the too much teal in the old kitchen/
(old kitchen now is craft room tools paint clamps axe’ art supplies wool felt leather 🥴! )the counter top is the last to go this fall(there was teal flooring, teal blinds, teal counter tops even teal wallpaper I removed) it’s an old farm house with old Douglas fir hardwood floors someone actually covered it with vinyl teal flooring in a really large room/
for the last 27 years my house has been my toy to play with. It looks more like a turn of the century house inside now more than ever/ removed all upper melamine cabinets put them in the laundry room // moved the kitchen into small part of large living room// then used old top pieces of cabinets with lights and glass for the new (old looking) kitchen for an open living experience//outside there’s a new metal roof I will never have to think of that ever again

  42. Joyce Field on November 18, 2021 at 11:49 am

So happy that colors are changing.

  43. Lydia Smith Jones on November 18, 2021 at 11:54 am

I’m glad to see cool Grey’s and whites go. I have learned that I can’t feel truly comforted in a space that looks cold. I hadcto repaint our walls a warm greige (gracious greige-SW) oh the difference it made while barely changing the color. It feels transformative.

  44. Aguida Pereira on November 18, 2021 at 11:54 am

Olá Lisa! Amei encontra-la mais uma inspiração de design na minha vida! Um abraço.

I swear grey is the new magnolia. I like those with earthy undertones rather than silver.

  47. Velvet Bear on November 18, 2021 at 11:56 am

Shows how boring home style and color people today are using. Gray and white …. Yawn. Super depressing color combo also

  48. Lacey on November 18, 2021 at 11:57 am

Thank you! We’ve been looking at houses and it’s like everyone paints everything this cool grey. That was the new neutral like 10 years ago. Let’s updates things
