Here’s a simple tour of a 1 Bedroom, condominium unit that is just 23 square meters in space. The size is very ideal for single occupancy although it could also be a livable space for young couples/newly married partners.
My husband and I purchased this unit last 2011. It is our first property investment. It was turned over in 2015 and it’s only this year that we have decided to finally renovate the unit with the intention of either renting it out to interested individuals or to sell it.
We sought the professional services of Architect Leng S. Berdin of Urban Scope Designs. Although executed during the period of lockdown and quarantine due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the renovation fit out went on smoothly and without any hassle. We didn’t even had to visit the unit while it was being worked on. Everything was executed by our Architect, from the layout, construction, interior design and procurement of everything you see in the unit. She did a wonderful job and we’re very satisfied.

Spray painted yung glass SA dining but I think it will be much much nicer if it’s black mirror or gray or champagne gold mirror…how much is the whole renovation? I think the glass door divider between the bed and living area is placed so the aircon can be more efficient in the bed area

Juice koh! Glorified kulungan ang size! As in secured ka nga sa condo pero parang may nakabantay sayo na security sa bawat galaw at kilos mo at halos lahat ng dadalhin mo isesecurity din. Wag na oy! At nag high floor ka pa kung akyat baba ka pa sa pag laundry habang yung unit owner enjoy sa rent money mo at washer and dryer nila at home.

Where is this condo and what condo kaya? I would like to check the floor plan in google and compare it to my condo. Ang galing 23sqm lng un sa knya pero parang ang laki ng space and ang daming nailagay na cabinets and drawers while mine is 27sqm pero parang ang liit ng sukat. 😬

Ang ganda subra.. Dito sa probinsya yung 23sqm na yan kwarto lg talaga hnd pa kasama cr pero napaganda nyo ng subra kahit maliit space😍.. Magaya nga😁😁 so comfy💗
