  3. Hey Rae on November 24, 2021 at 11:38 am

Always think about how you’re going to clean your house too! Im a housecleaner and that has absolutely changed my perspective on a lot of things I liked 😂

I am one of those people. we have a modular sofa, and one day I sat on it and it went down to the floor

  5. not myname on November 24, 2021 at 11:40 am

I like to think of gold vs. silver as feminine/warm vs. masculine/cold. Imo if the overall feel of the room is feminine or masculine a pop of the opposite metal looks nice.

  6. Athena F on November 24, 2021 at 11:41 am

I think it’s best to mix metals, rather than stick to only one. So if any one thing goes out of style, the other will be in fashion. :))

I’ve really been enjoying your videos! And your home is quite beautiful. Thank you for your advice and entertainment!

I like your videos but nothing you advise is cheap which doesn’t make me trust enough to stick around or subscribe, I probably don’t matter since you already have a lot of people here but I feel you might want to rethink using “cheap “ as a selling point for what people stand the gain by subscribing to you. I actually barely have cheap things in my homes , I live in Africa so I probably don’t know what you mean by cheap , I watched your lux bed for cheap video and then this and the same phrase came up “ I know it’s not that cheap “ or something in those lines, so it’s pretty obvious your tips and advices aren’t cheap, just own your luxury taste and maybe I and others who may feel the same won’t feel you’re not legit,

A trend that hopefully will not come to Germany is ‘Coffee table books’. This is a thing which in my opinion doesn’t make sense. Books are no decoration or ‘dust catcher’, they want to be read. And instead of chrome and silver I would prefer brushed stainless steel.

    I love you mama

  12. Joan Adams on November 24, 2021 at 11:46 am

Almost EVERYTHING you advice is helpful to regilat folks. You are brilliant and very engaging! Thanks much.

  13. Varframppytwobtokwanguz on November 24, 2021 at 11:48 am

Down with minimalism! Buy and old lady’s used ornate wooden furniture on Craigslist, then cover everything with plants and 70s scifi concept art! At least that’s what I did…

  14. Ty Hart on November 24, 2021 at 11:49 am

Me thinking of the video of where you said NO FAUX GREENERY Lol I took everything down. Now it’s okay😩

  15. Tina Walker on November 24, 2021 at 11:51 am

I like the deep sofas because my family loves to lay together on the weekends. I especially love cuddling with my man and dog.

  16. draconiusultamius on November 24, 2021 at 11:52 am

Me, a plant person: needs more tiny succulents and large succulents. Actually, just all plants.

  17. Heavenly Sunshine on November 24, 2021 at 11:52 am

Gold and brass in my opinion ages the look. Silver and chrome is more universal. Great video and sense of humor!

  18. Brittany Dumoulin on November 24, 2021 at 11:53 am

Haha I love the advice abt the rounded edges its so true..I have 2 little ones.
Most of my furniture has rounded edges but my kitchen table is a source of some close to serious injuries and not just them..I vowed it’s getting replaced this year!! Lol

She just called me out. I live in a gallery wall. Lol

  24. Janie Rimer on November 24, 2021 at 12:03 pm

So done with grey. I’m going with warm—wood, leather, honey colours, and accents that pop. Complementary colours like honey and camel with opposite colour on the wheel—teals

  25. Kensi Smith on November 24, 2021 at 12:05 pm

Something was that I was told was that if you find an art piece you like, but you can’t afford the oil reproduction or canvas print, try looking for it as a poster in the size you want. And you could dress it up to make it look really nice but you will still have a cheaper piece of artwork that you can try out in the space. Posters are more easily replaced than your canvas prints so they work really well in high traffic areas and homes with children and pets. They can always be upgraded too if you decide that you’ve saved enough money and you want to make the space look more refined you can go ahead and buy the oil reproduction or canvas prints of the same artwork and you will always have that poster print as back up or something to put away and have.

Kiva…Please bring back the Pocket Door…if I see another barn door😡😡😡😂😂

  27. Igloo Zoo on November 24, 2021 at 12:08 pm

75" Samsung Frame TV. Modular Sofas do not have to be big and the point of them is that you can take a piece out if it doesn’t fit.

  28. Joyce Ferguson on November 24, 2021 at 12:11 pm

I don’t have Instagram. How do I reach you for advice

  29. Joe O on November 24, 2021 at 12:11 pm

I enjoy chrome fixtures with crystal door knobs, drawer pulls and cabinet handles.

  30. Tara T on November 24, 2021 at 12:11 pm

I want large art but prints not paintings otherwise I would have to change all the prints in the house to canvas. How do I find that affordable?

  31. CC CC on November 24, 2021 at 12:16 pm

    I have, 70 by 102 size art

  32. Carlyn H on November 24, 2021 at 12:16 pm

Girl, love your channel, but wow, you speak super-fast! You even have to gulp air halfway through…please take it easy. Great channel but I have to use the lower speed which sounds really weird, just FYI…

Replayed the styling part a few times! Yes! Thank you!!!!

  35. Pat Dunbar on November 24, 2021 at 12:17 pm

I actually hate brass and gold and have always preferred silver or chrome. I don’t mind a little here and there, but when everything is brass or gold it reminds me of Vegas.🤣

  36. Hailey Gee on November 24, 2021 at 12:18 pm

Completely agree on the sofas but would love a video on what you would recommend in more details

  37. shanelle jackson on November 24, 2021 at 12:19 pm

when you said someone ended up on the floor from a modular sofa I started to giggle and then immediately after you said "that may sound funny but it’s actually really dangerous" and I felt like I was in 2nd grade all over again hahahahaha I swear I am not an adult

  42. Another Fab Creation on November 24, 2021 at 12:22 pm

You mentioned in you vid that you help people design rooms if they send you a picture. How much do you charge?

  43. L Fox on November 24, 2021 at 12:23 pm

Brass is heinous. End of story.

  44. Trina Patton on November 24, 2021 at 12:29 pm

This is my first time watching your video and i love that black vase on your table. Where did you purchase it from

  45. Anne Soares on November 24, 2021 at 12:30 pm

As someone who loves succulents: they need SUN. Like, a LOT of sun. Most of them, at least. They -are- going to die if you leave them in the window, getting like 2 hours of sun in the morning. if you also love succulents, because you don’t need to water them that much, get yourself Sansevierias, string of pearls / dolphins / stringy succulents in general or Zamioculcas. They do better in much less light and they also go with the style KB just said – they get very big and fill up the space! There are some other succulents that need less light, but they do tend to grow way slower than these ones. These will look great in your place and might actually survive better since you don’t need to water them constantly (but do water them plentifully when you do it – just do it less frequently) and you’ll get live plants! – and, with Sansevierias, you will also get better air quality 😉

  46. lovemusicbandchorus on November 24, 2021 at 12:30 pm

I might be completely wrong here, but I saw a study in early 2020 talking about how we should bring back brass fixtures because of their antimicrobial properties. I think the pandemic may be the reason for the resurgence in brass fixtures

  47. Sidney’s family on November 24, 2021 at 12:32 pm

I love silver and chrome too 🙂

  48. Cynthia Ellis on November 24, 2021 at 12:33 pm

Lots of great information, thank you so much. Such rich content.

  49. Cynthia Ellis on November 24, 2021 at 12:34 pm

I am tired of stuff, especially in book shelves, I still like vignettes, however. I also like antique gold, but prefer nickel or silver in bathrooms.
