Lovely details but the den is a bit of a fail. Those overhead shelves and built in cabinetry clutter and darken an already tight space. That is unfortunate, especially for a space that is supposed to double as a den and guest bedroom.

Those huge buildings shouldn t be there. You ve RUINED those people s view. Imagine you bought a house there and in few years those giant buildings appear.
The condo itself is a boring box with all the rooms sitting on top of each other. Very depressing.

Walking into brdrooms from the living room is a layout I really dislike. I would never buy a condo like that.

Almost All White Paint doesn’t feel cozy for me. Its more of a hotel vibe rather than a homey vibe!!!

There’s no enough place for that round table. Once you pull the chairs you hit the bar seats.

I like the way they’ve mixed metals here – I wouldn’t have thought to use a brass light fixture in the bathroom where the rest of the fixtures are chrome, but it really works, especially w/ that wallpaper. I’m going to try something similar in my bathroom. THanks for the inspo.

Condo with electrical fire place is just …fake. No wood smell, no real flames plain… fake. I never understood (?)
Overall good but that den is crowded. In small spaces, make it simple.

Good description of the condo and its features. Just one BIG suggestion – My favorite space in here has to be the den? Stop with the questioning inflection where there is no question. It seems to be the trend these days and weakens a presentation
