I’ve seen this style more and more lately. It doesn’t feel like Art Deco though. It’s even better for our own roaring 20s and deserves its own name I think. Art Modern? Post Deco? Mod Dec?

  2. Felicia Roberts on November 17, 2021 at 10:55 am

    Love it!

  3. La Pernice on November 17, 2021 at 10:57 am

Nice looking, but no art deco at all.

  4. UKLeonie on November 17, 2021 at 10:58 am

The lights are BEAUTIFUL, a wonderful project.

I love what you’ve done here! Dramatic, but so inviting!

  8. Chloe Longchamp on November 17, 2021 at 11:07 am

This is amazing! I love art deco and I’m planning to decorate my new place with that in mind. This video definitely gave me a few ideas. Thanks :).

  9. Luke on November 17, 2021 at 11:08 am

looks SO high class and clean. That wallpaper and the table is the epitome of decadence, I love it! Thank you and congrats on an amazing job!

  10. maylady84 on November 17, 2021 at 11:10 am

    Very beautiful space!

  11. Edith Bukenya on November 17, 2021 at 11:11 am

Love it all. Only things I’d do differently is have all the hallway furniture to the left (same side as the closet door) and hung the large hall picture and kitchen mirror at eye level

  12. jude jackson on November 17, 2021 at 11:12 am

    The backsplash should’ve be herringbone

  13. Bess Obarotimi on November 17, 2021 at 11:12 am

    Beautiful well

  14. Janie Couture on November 17, 2021 at 11:12 am

Love it! Where is the mirror from?

  15. Mariam M Martinez on November 17, 2021 at 11:13 am

Very nice Apt.. the sofa, is vibrant!!!

  16. Trang on November 17, 2021 at 11:14 am

The white walls seem out of place and stark as everything else is so lush and rich. I feel that if painted, it would tie everything together. Aside from that, the room looks great! 👍

  17. Владимир Хоменко on November 17, 2021 at 11:14 am

Too many bright colors (green, gold, yellow) + big white squares + brown curtains. Too many different types of lines (curved ornaments, rhombuses, rectangles). Cabinet is good itself but it’s stranger here on green ornament and close to curved chair. Just too many stuff for that small room. But thanks for attempt.

    Love art deco decor!

  23. Davida Williams on November 17, 2021 at 11:23 am

You did a good job but the chairs are not Art Deco. Its mid century. Art Deco is a lot angles, ornate and moderne is very wide, streamline.

  24. Aye Lmao on November 17, 2021 at 11:23 am

You’re very talented this was an absolute pleasure to the eye and you nailed a Minimalist Art Deco vibe, absolutely brilliant!

  25. Crogan on November 17, 2021 at 11:26 am

The wallpaper is so cool, such a nice choice. Art deco is going to make a comeback !

  26. Brittney Coleman on November 17, 2021 at 11:27 am

  27. A bloke on November 17, 2021 at 11:29 am

  28. Blue Grunge on November 17, 2021 at 11:30 am

I am a fan of your work..I dig the minimal concept..I adore the fact that all bases are beautifully covered..green is not easy yet you achieved it effortlessly👍💎💍🥳🧚

  29. Lexi Therault on November 17, 2021 at 11:30 am

Beautiful work!! Do you have a link to the light fixtures? I can’t seem to find them and I am obsessed!

I for one AM NOT A GUY

  33. His Royal Highness King Kenzo on November 17, 2021 at 11:33 am

I appreciate the effort given towards this project however I find it OK, just OK. There’s just too much blue yet less metals and geometric patterns (a black geometric printed rug instead of that brown would have been excellent). We need some more blacks here, some shiny accessories, a couple of greenery, and a little more patterns in the kitchen ( a huge decorative mirror instead of that tiny one would have made a whole lot of difference…and lamps! Goodness, how did she forget that lighting is a crucial part of interior design. The entire space felt smaller too due to having two wall colors at the same time. This is a small place, any unsubtle division of the space won’t be good. Should have painted the walls all white or all blue, would have made the place look more airy and put together. The kitchen is too plain. It feels like she spent all her money on the living room. A splash of color and a couple of accent couldn’t hurt. Art deco is all about mood, glamour, metals, that delicious contrast of colors yet not making the place look cramped. Overall, I’d give it a B-

That is such great work, what app do you use for the floorplan ?

  35. A la Waiki on November 17, 2021 at 11:35 am

This is incredibly well executed! Well done lady and keep it up! I love the chairs 😍

  36. dave allen on November 17, 2021 at 11:35 am

Amazing just what im looking to do , where did you get the wallpaper? And the sideboard from? Cheers

  37. jude jackson on November 17, 2021 at 11:35 am

Would’ve gone for a longer sideboard under the huge tv, overall pretty average makeover

  38. steemdup on November 17, 2021 at 11:36 am

This flat is newly constructed and probably costs a mint to rent. However, you can see how poorly designed it is, and probably cheaply built as well. Greed is truly disgusting.

  39. Derron Gooden: Garden and Lifestyle. on November 17, 2021 at 11:37 am

You delivered the Art Deco vibe/feel. Well done, My Friend.

  40. Christopher Goodwin on November 17, 2021 at 11:37 am

This is a fail for me. Her color sense is incredible. I love it. Her furniture is too nuevo. She does not see the difference between nuevo, deco and art modern.

  41. ivette uribe on November 17, 2021 at 11:38 am

Love the mirror 🪞 concept ❤️🙋🏻‍♀️

  42. CG256 on November 17, 2021 at 11:39 am

I feel like as we progress, we’ll see a more modern Art Deco/Minimalistic combination make its way through our society…and I am totally here for it

  43. Fadya Nassor on November 17, 2021 at 11:39 am

sooo beautiful,i wish you would hint your price range per room..Gemma your are so good mashallah.

  44. Oliver Radio on November 17, 2021 at 11:41 am

That mirror is not in a hexagon shape, it’s in an octagon shape.

  45. Liza Soliman on November 17, 2021 at 11:42 am

good point about the shag rug! they are *not* for high traffic areas.

  46. Rachael O’Rear on November 17, 2021 at 11:44 am

The only person o have found so far that actually knows what Art Deco means! So beautiful you’re so talented 😍

  47. Crvena Zvezda on November 17, 2021 at 11:45 am

    Woooww beatiful !! Bravooo💞

  48. SweetMelisArt on November 17, 2021 at 11:49 am

Sorry of you’ve already answered but did you know the Valspar paint color name of the green wall with the hexagon mirror? Thanks! Amazing Design!

  49. Mary Wilson on November 17, 2021 at 11:50 am

    It’s fabulous

  50. Gloria Tucker on November 17, 2021 at 11:51 am

The living room is beautiful but is there a reason you didn’t paint the remaining walls? The kitchen is bland. Art deco backslash tiles would have looked nice to bring the entire apt look together. That being said, nice job.
