    Ok so what does this mean for the associates and workers what do we do just sit and wait we have to figure out what to do they told us it’s over may 5 complete shut down

    have your heard who is going to sponsor the Thanksgiving parade in Detroit? It may not happen with the current situation, but wonder if the VanElslander new Equity company in Birmingham might step in to "save the parade" again. Thanks for all the info you are sharing.

    Art van tried to put vendor’s out of business and Art vans name went down the tube. Nobody gives a crap about this company anymore.Its history!

    The company had a "going out of business" sale at the State Fair grounds way back in the beginning, that sale was such a success the company was saved.

    The courts aren’t in control. The bankruptcy has been rejected. We were all sent home today, all employees.
