Beautiful yet simple 1 kanal house interior design in DHA, Lahore, Pakistan where architecture and interior designing has been done by Ghar Plans. This house constructed on 1 kanal has a basement, ground floor and first floor constructed. Ghar Plans has one of the best architects in Lahore and this house design idea was conceived keeping in mind the latest trends of house design yet not forgetting that this design has to be evergreen drawing or naksha. The house is solidly built and has been provided by lots of extra sitting space in lawn as it is 22 ft. 22 ft lawn in 1 kanal has only been made possible by building a basement as some of the accommodation from ground and first floor has been shifted to basement hence making the house very spacious. Just to give you a comparison, normal houses in 1 kanal in DHA lahore have a lawn of 15 ft. So, there is addition of 50% land on the lawn which has made it possible to make a lawn a sitting place and activity area. The interior design of this home in DHA, Lahore, Pakistan has been well thought out and its 3d house design or front elevation has been thematic.
The naqsha or house plan of this house can be easily understood as we take you through explaining this house. This house has two bedrooms in the basement, two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. So, the total no. of bedrooms in the house are 6. These bedrooms are very spacious. Basement and first floor also has a TV lounge. Drawing room has also been taken to the basement. The most activity area of this house is ground floor TV lounge. Good day! For bedroom/ bathroom’s sewage pump up system what is used, it’s sewage ejector/ or septic tank .If possible please advise sizes of all rooms/bathrooms in basement, ground & 1st, as you have mentioned width 22 feet of outside lawn. This gives a clear picture in mind. However it’s a good house and you are giving a good service.

As said you intend soon upload video tour of basement layout plan with its all features, specially bedrooms natural light system and water removal system from ducts incase rain. Also suggest show video tour of two servant rooms at the back on first floor through spiral ladder which not shown in existing video tour.

Good day! Awaiting advise of my earlier message regarding laying of sevarage lines around outside house. Please confirm if house inside flooring made of marble tiles, porcelain/ceramic tiles or all mosaic with stones. Apriciate Your advice which valuable to me for pre deciding.
Nicely done. Loved the plain cielings not overly decorated not normal now days 😊. The only thing I did not like is that there is no separation or door between walking closet and wash room area. The cloths can get damp is wardrobes. It’s my opinion I can be wrong.

How do you manage entering daylight and ventilation into basement bedrooms through window? Is it same as shown for basement drawing room? How to avoid rain water entering? However its a beautiful house. How to get its plan layout specially basement arrangements for daylight/ventilation.
