Susan and I are considering buying a 5th wheel but we don’t have a truck big enough to tow a camper that size. So we rented a 5th wheel from Outdoorsy with delivery and setup so we can try it out to see how we like it.
Have you ever wondered if you can find RV Rentals with delivery and setup to my campsite? Or, where to find camper rentals near me? In this YouTube video, we provide some great RV rental tips for beginners who need a camper rental with delivery and setup right to their campsite.
But this video is also for RVers who are considering buying a 5th wheel or travel trailer and who don’t have a truck to haul the camper rental. We always advise our subscribers to rent an RV before they buy their RV. But if you don’t have a truck that can haul your RV then a camper rental with delivery and setup might be perfect for you.

Tksssssssssss, much appreciated!
But what’s it like towing and parking it yourself? That’s the 64k dollar question. Btw, you are my favorite YT RV blogger. I have learned a lot from you. Thank you.
🌟 Promo_SM!
But you don’t get the experience of actually towing the RV.
Thanks. You gave me a few ideas to think about. Great job
I can see me hauling my Brooklyn RV mattress in the Jeep 😂
More rentals will come along since the price to buy is ridiculous.
Very good idea, no maintenance problems, love it.
This is great information because I am going to start the RV lifestyle for my new journey
I rented a TT years ago to test the pull, my Tow Vehicle and more. Went with friend to show me in/out of rv camping. Then bought bigger travel trailer toy hauler and a bigger Tow Vehicle. Owned my current setup since 2009. Now looking for next one tied to retirement usage. Still looking at a TH, but 5er this time knowing I’ll need a differnt truck (current truck is 31 yrs old, so due). So this advice was used, but nice to hear about options in this decade. Great info. Been watch you reviews as well.
Good afternoon. Mike & Susan. That’s an awesome idea. How much does it cost to rent
Hey guys I’m sorry to say this here but I lost my best friend of 43 years and 38 years married. My wife passed yesterday complications from diabetes, kidney disease and eventually heart failure. I’m lost.
That’s really a great way to decide what you want and need. Thanks for the info.
Renting is the way to go!!
I have been looking for an affordable hybrid trailer and its been sooo frustrating!
U GUYS ROCK!!!
Renting one to try out first sounds like a great idea.
This is great to know you can rent an Rv and have delivered to your campsite. And the pick it up. Never knew they had that. We rented before but nit like that. I love that idea they deliver to your camp. Sounds fun and then you can find out if you like the Rv or not before you buy. Thank you Mike and Susan.
Sound advice. We purchased our second travel trailer within 7 months of the first.
Definitely sounds like a good idea rent one tried out 1st

We rented out our TT to someone and delivered it to them and set it up for them. It was a complete pain! (Partially because they had no hookups and had to use batteries and generator.) We will never do that again, but it was good for the renters! We go through Outdoorsy.
But, traveling with a rig is a major concern when buying an rv. Set up, hitch up are different for each type.
