But in this video, Dave Park from Bodans Campervans in Shrewsbury (UK) focuses on hiring – covering everything from campervan insurance to the deposit you’ll need to leave. While modern campervans are easy to drive, their size – in particular their height – can take some getting used to, so Dave shares advice on parking and speed limits as well as where you’re allowed to go in your rented camper. There’s also advice on operating those unique camper accessories including a pop top roof and the electric hook up, to help you stay safe and secure and enjoy your taste of the great vw camper experience.
