I’m with you on the lower end stuff. Have you looked into a receiving service? They can be your bodies. I have one in the city that takes pictures of my stuff when it comes and they’ll send at least two (based on the amount of furniture) out for deliveries/installs. They will assemble furniture, hang artwork, etc for you. And dispose of the packaging. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I actually bought & live in the exact same Townhome. I also want to do a fireplace more so fir the aesthetic & not the heating.
